Mark was thorough, professional, easy to talk with. He explained any concerns found during the inspection. We will definitely use his services during our pre purchase inspection!
The tech came with years of amazing experience and was helpful in explaining what was wrong with the house in a way that someone who didn’t do this for a living could understand. He got me the inspection paperwork well within 24 hours. Me and my relator will 100% be using them again.
This was our 3rd time using Mark at Premier Inspection Services. The reason we keep using him? it's because he is extremely thorough, and he seems to be very knowledgeable about every aspect of the systems in houses. Every question we have he has a thorough answer that makes sense to us. We highly recommend Mark ‼️

Inspection was very professional and detail. Inspector was easy to work and very knowledgeable.
They did and excellent job, and were very affordable. Best thing was that they were honest and didn’t try to sell more than what was needed. Would recommend and use them again.
very helpful and timely and the report is very detailed with pictures to help explain the problem. Worth it
Very thorough inspection of the home and a very good report. I would highly recommend this company for any home inspections.
Service was thorough and on time. Mark walked me through all issues he found and explained why they were issues. He also took the time to explain the best way to repair the issues he found. Would definitely use again!
He did a great job. Very thorough.
Mark with Premier was a a real pleasure to work with. He was very honest with us about the repairs needed to the home we were considering purchasing, this helped us to make a good decision about a bad investment. I'm glad we had his knowledge and expertise when we needed it.
Great experience, very thorough and professional
Really appreciative of the thoroughness of the inspection. Because you did such a great job, I did not buy the home I had inspected because it had a very expensive electrical issue. That's what inspections are for!
