Mark was timely and thorough. I appreciated his expertise in knowing which items for repair were the most important. I highly recommend.
Had such a good experience with the owner Mark. I wanted to be really sure about every detail on a home inspection, and he went above and beyond! Educated me, and walked me through the process of how he writes his reports —super detailed—. I’m an inspector myself in another industry, and I was really impressed by…
Hands down the best home inspection experience, personally and professionally. Mark is very knowledgeable and thorough. Strongly encourage using Premier for all your home inspection needs!
My experience with Premier Inspection Services was positive. They did a thorough job and everything went smoothly. The only thing they could improve is to give you more payment options that don't include you paying a fee to have to pay them. Not everyone is local to hand them cash.
Mr. Mark executed our request in a very timely manner. Big ticketed items to be noted when using his services include: Excellent report writing, pictures detailing issues presents. Also has video for pipe inspections. Would recommend 10/10
Mark impressed me with his services. Him and his staff were so friendly and knowledgeable! The inspection report was so detailed, even had clear pictures and arrows on the pictures pointing to what he was referencing. The best part about the mold inspection was the cute beagle she brought with them to inspect. Highly recommend, would use him again!
Found Mark to be extremely knowledgeable and thorough
They were there on time. They helped us not make a mistake that we were gonna do into purchasing this home. I will strongly be calling them again for another home inspection for another property.
Mark Pence of Premier Inspections knows his stuff and will protect you from issues the seller should take care of or other issues to monitor. This is our second time using Premier Inspection and we had good service each time.
Very knowledgeable and thorough team! We can always count on Mark to find even the smallest things and he is very good at what he does.
John was great, very thorough and made the results easy to understand, very professional.

Very thorough inspection of the home and a very good report. I would highly recommend this company for any home inspections.
Mark with Premier was a a real pleasure to work with. He was very honest with us about the repairs needed to the home we were considering purchasing, this helped us to make a good decision about a bad investment. I'm glad we had his knowledge and expertise when we needed it.
