Terrific initial treatment - Erica was great and thoroughly cleared cobwebs and laid out an aggressive, pet-safe treatment for our ant problem. I appreciated her attention to detail, thorough explanation, and diligence in cleaning up after the treatments, including helping me move some cut branches that were…
Great company and staff, very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable! Only one we have used since moving to Long Beach, starting with a successful tent, spot treatment and wood replacement before moving into our new apartment building in 2017. We have since used them for follow-up inspections but have not seen a…

We’ve been with premium pest control for a while now, and we absolutely love them! Their scheduling team is responsive via text and always works with our schedule. Derick has been with us a few times now, and he is always great. He’s very punctual, communicative, and takes his time to be sure he’s covered every…
We had a persistent ant problem at our house and tried all of the spot treatments we could think of….sprays inside and out, traps, sprinkled granules…but couldn’t stop them. We just kept pushing them to different areas. We called Premium Termite and Pest Control and they sent Erica. This didn’t seem like “just a…
Erica is so friendly and professional. She carries her work ethic proudly and delivers an outstanding customer experience. We highly recommend Premium Termite & Pest Control.
Premium Pest and Termite has been an incredible support to our family. We dealt with a severe, recurring flea infestation in our home. Once Danny and his team took over, we began to see consistent improvement. Danny has been patient, honest, and extremely understanding throughout the process, and the issue has been…
After many months of dealing with pest companies who would upsell us on services, it was a complete relief to meet Logan who services the Silver Lake area. I always feel confident that he will make sure the house is being handled in a way that is thorough and honest. He had a wealth of knowledge about all pests…
Logan and his team service 3 of my properties! He's very knowledgeable about his line of work and has been very effective in keeping pests out. Prices are good, work is quality, and is efficient - what more can you ask for.
Logan was phenomenal. Extremely thorough and informative. Definitely my preferred tech.
Great services
PremiumTermite & Pest Control is the absolute best. The company promptly responded to my call and arrived at my house within an hour. The two men thoroughly inspected the house and recommended improvements to keep 4+ legged animals out. The men were clean, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. Thank you Premium!
After having a bad experience with Terminex I switched to Premium Termite and Pest Control. They are professional and are very thorough. One of the many great experiences I had was I had a rodent problem in one of my rental properties. Premium Termite and Pest Control Took care of the problem and I have not had an issue with rodents again.
Can not say enough about the service and professionalism of Premium. They've helped me with a couple of homes now and went above and BEYOND to help resolve any issues. Cannot say enough about the staff either, from the inspectors to the admin everyone was helpful. A special shout out to Bre. Her customer service is…
We are so pleased with this company! Their service is amazing, the inspectors and team are very respectful and are always willing to help with our issues.
We have used several Pest Control Companies in the past for our Business and our home. They have all fallen short for a variety of reasons. Premium Termite & Pest Control check all the boxes and then some. They are reliable, responsible, always on time, and are truthful about what needs to be done. They now do…
I've used this company for the last 6 months before I posted this review. Joel has been AWESOME!! I used Orkin, Terminex, etc.... NONE of which had the quality of service or the customer service as did Premium. The attention to detail to his work ethics is unmatched. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that our…
Hands down best company we have ever used. They are on time, courteous, give a courtesy call on their way and most important their inspectors were so honest. We had got multiple bids, the other companies were lazy, didn’t want to go under our house and did a real non thorough inspection. Not Premium, they are top…
