I've used these services on two occasions. Both times, the tech sent to our home was very knowledgeable, and more importantly, very thorough. On this most recent visit, Carter did a great job of listening to all my concerns, reviewing the property for issue spots (known by me and unknown), working quickly but…
Amazing company. Carter is the best. Always there to help and give advice. Thank you for helping us Carter. Also thanks to Xander and Ernie!!!
Great people to work with and the tenting crew did a fantastic job. Recommend.
We’ve been with premium pest control for a while now, and we absolutely love them! Their scheduling team is responsive via text and always works with our schedule. Derick has been with us a few times now, and he is always great. He’s very punctual, communicative, and takes his time to be sure he’s covered every…
Erica is so friendly and professional. She carries her work ethic proudly and delivers an outstanding customer experience. We highly recommend Premium Termite & Pest Control.
Logan and his team service 3 of my properties! He's very knowledgeable about his line of work and has been very effective in keeping pests out. Prices are good, work is quality, and is efficient - what more can you ask for.
Logan was phenomenal. Extremely thorough and informative. Definitely my preferred tech.
Premium Termite & Pest did an awesome job from the first phone call to the technician coming out on site. They went above and beyond with their inspection and even pointed out a few issues that might be leading to mosquitos entering our home. I would highly recommend the team at Premium Termite to handle any pest issues you have in your home!
The wife is NOT a fan of spiders and we have tried other pest control companies but no one has compared to the service quality that Premium Pest Control has to offer. Sierra was recently out and did a great job at making sure all the webs were down and she is incredibly knowledgeable about the job and kind! You are one of a kind Premium, thank you!
My roommate and I were seeing tons of spiders so due to high reviews, she called into Premium to get our home serviced - ever since we have been using them our spider activity has been at an all time minimum… basically non existent!! They don’t have a all those 5 stars for nothing!! Our technician Ciara the past…
Excellent service from the time you call through completion of the service. The rep that came to the property was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his explanation of the services provided both beforehand and after he completed the service as well.
I have been using Premium Termite and Pest control for 5 years. Besides using them for termite inspection, I have them come out quarterly for maintenance. The peace of mind they give me is priceless. They do an amazing job and I highly recommend using their service!
We have used several Pest Control Companies in the past for our Business and our home. They have all fallen short for a variety of reasons. Premium Termite & Pest Control check all the boxes and then some. They are reliable, responsible, always on time, and are truthful about what needs to be done. They now do…
I've used this company for the last 6 months before I posted this review. Joel has been AWESOME!! I used Orkin, Terminex, etc.... NONE of which had the quality of service or the customer service as did Premium. The attention to detail to his work ethics is unmatched. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that our…
