After having several companies inspect my property, I was particularly impressed with Logan, who conducted a very thorough and detailed inspection. He took the time to explain my options for both tenting and local treatment, something the other…
Nothing you do to your house is ever this easy except when dealing with Premium Termite and Pest Control. Judy is awesome....so knowledgeable. Everyone came on time. Everyone did what they said they would. Everyone was so helpful. I definitely recommend this company.
Great company and staff, very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable! Only one we have used since moving to Long Beach, starting with a successful tent, spot treatment and wood replacement before moving into our new apartment building in 2017. We have since used them for follow-up inspections but have not seen a…

I can’t say enough good things about Premium Termite & Pest Control. They completed a full fumigation of my home back in 2021 and did a fantastic job. The pricing was very reasonable, the team was professional, and everything went exactly as planned from start to finish. Recently, after having some repair work done…
We've used Premium for years now at multiple different properties. Jason, Danny and the entire team have always over delivered. Great services
Frankly I’ve been reluctant to use pest control services in the past but was forced to search one out as I had visible termite and rodent issues at my property. After doing some online research I narrowed it down to 3 companies to interview and request proposals from. Joel from Premium Termite & Pest Control stood…
Excellent service and very reasonable price. Did exactly what they said they would and left no mess. I am so happy I chose the right company. Joel was great at explaining everything to me and handling it all.
After having a bad experience with Terminex I switched to Premium Termite and Pest Control. They are professional and are very thorough. One of the many great experiences I had was I had a rodent problem in one of my rental properties. Premium Termite and Pest Control Took care of the problem and I have not had an issue with rodents again.
Can not say enough about the service and professionalism of Premium. They've helped me with a couple of homes now and went above and BEYOND to help resolve any issues. We are so pleased with this company! Their service is amazing, the inspectors and team are very respectful and are always willing to help with our issues.
Really appreciated how much time Joel took to explain to me the issue at our property and best course of action to resolve it. He was very upfront and honest about the limitations of some of the treatments. His team was organized and arrived when they said they would. Thank you!
They tented my tile roof house without breaking a tile. Their work was very professional. Prices were competitive. Only complaint is they didn't initially leave enough bags for food storage. Brought more later
Have been using this company for years now. Professional, personable, and responsive. Joel was just here the other day and couldn’t have been more helpful. So nice to deal with such knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly people.
