I had an exceptional experience with Premium Termite and Pest Control! After having several companies inspect my property, I was particularly impressed with Logan, who conducted a very thorough and detailed inspection. He took the time to explain my options for both tenting and local treatment, something the other…
Chris came and did an inspection and was punctual, thorough, and betty professional. He checked everything in and around our house and was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Just waiting for our quote so we can determine which procedure to go with.
I had Chris Gradeless from Premium Termite & Pest Control come out on 9.8.2026 for a termite inspection. I was gathering a 2nd bid for tenting/spot inspection services, due to termite activity. He was incredibly professional and super thorough with the inspection. Poked around the overhang, went into the attic and…
Great company and staff, very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable! Only one we have used since moving to Long Beach, starting with a successful tent, spot treatment and wood replacement before moving into our new apartment building in 2017. We have since used them for follow-up inspections but have not seen a…
An inspector from another company said we had both drywood and subterranean termites and advised a fumigation and soil treatment. Chris discovered that though the subterranean termites were active, our home was recently fumigated just months before we moved in, and the drywood termite droppings were most likely from…
Called to inquire about fumigation services and spoke with Judy. She was very helpful, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated the excellent customer service!

If you need a GREAT pest control company, Premium is it!! We’ve had them for several years and their service has consistently been amazing!! Very friendly and helpful, even did tenting for termites with them at a VERY fair price👏🏼our technician Carter is truly on top of our service and is always willing to go above and beyond!! Thanks Carter😊
Premium termite and Pest Control had amazing reviews online, so we thought we would call them out for an inspection. Chris was our inspector and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We hired Premium Termite and Pest Control for a termite inspection followed by tenting and fumigation for our newly-purchased home. The whole process went smoothly. Logan was amazing. He was very thorough, informative, and timely. I really appreciate his work and would highly recommend Premium Termite and Pest Control in general. Thanks Logan!
Great people to work with and the tenting crew did a fantastic job. Recommend.
Logan came out and did a top-notch job inspecting my home and doing the subsequent repairs. I'm very happy with the results and that's why I call on Premium when I get my refis done.
I can’t say enough good things about Premium Termite & Pest Control. They completed a full fumigation of my home back in 2021 and did a fantastic job. The pricing was very reasonable, the team was professional, and everything went exactly as planned from start to finish. Recently, after having some repair work done…
Xander was great! She inspected my house for termites and was very thorough, professional, and friendly. I really appreciate how honest and knowledgeable she was. Highly recommend!
We've used Premium for years now at multiple different properties. Jason, Danny and the entire team have always over delivered. Whether it's LA or OC County, home inspection, rodent extermination or termite extermination, the Premium Team is amazing. They're always trustworthy, always fair priced and they've always…
We sought out Premium Termite & Pest Control after noticing termite droppings falling from a kick-out hole in one of the wooden beams on our ceiling. Dylyn was our termite inspector, and he was very professional, kind, informative, and incredibly thorough. Dylyn was the second inspector to come by that day (previous…
We just bought a home and the seller hired their own companies for a range of inspections on the home. The home inspection suggested we install some things to prevent rodents from getting into our garage. We hired PTPC to come out and take a look. While there, Joel gave a quote but also noticed evidence of termites,…
Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, answered questions. Did not pressure a sale. I did not have tenting only had under house spray for ground termites so my review is based on this.
After having a bad experience with Terminex I switched to Premium Termite and Pest Control. They are professional and are very thorough. One of the many great experiences I had was I had a rodent problem in one of my rental properties. Premium Termite and Pest Control Took care of the problem and I have not had an issue with rodents again.
We are so pleased with this company! Their service is amazing, the inspectors and team are very respectful and are always willing to help with our issues.
Really appreciated how much time Joel took to explain to me the issue at our property and best course of action to resolve it. He was very upfront and honest about the limitations of some of the treatments. His team was organized and arrived when they said they would. Thank you!
Premium Termite did an inspection for us. They were very thorough and very knowledgeable. No problems dealing with them. Very good company.
I have been using Premium Termite and Pest control for 5 years. Besides using them for termite inspection, I have them come out quarterly for maintenance. The peace of mind they give me is priceless. They do an amazing job and I highly recommend using their service!
This is the first time I am using this company as they were referred to me by another Real Estate Agent. I highly recommend and will…
We have used several Pest Control Companies in the past for our Business and our home. They have all fallen short for a variety of reasons. Premium Termite & Pest Control check all the boxes and then some. They are reliable, responsible, always on time, and are truthful about what needs to be done. They now do…
I've used this company for the last 6 months before I posted this review. Joel has been AWESOME!! I used Orkin, Terminex, etc.... NONE of which had the quality of service or the customer service as did Premium. The attention to detail to his work ethics is unmatched. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that our…
