We had Prestige replace a zipper on a vintage sweatshirt and they did such a beautiful job. Prestige went the extra mile and cleaned/pressed the sweatshirt so it looked amazing when we picked it up yesterday. My daughter is thrilled with how it turned out.

First time getting my clothes dry cleaned. Diane, Jackie and Sips were extremely helpful, and Diane walked me through the entire process and accommodated my schedule needs while still providing incredible quality. This will be my go to for all dry cleaning needs from now on!!

This is a revised review. I had a crushing experience with this business. After assuring me that they could take care of a vintage silk item, I left them with my heirloom Hermes scarf (inherited from my mom) and expected them to dry clean it. 6 days after my scarf was promised to be finished, I stopped by in person to check the status of my order, and discovered that my Hermes scarf had been destroyed. Unfortunately, due to an error with their equipment, it was torn and also suffered significant dye transfer. They said it got "caught" in the machine, whatever that means. The salt in the wound was that they never called me to tell me about this, but waited for me to come in to check. Thus began a prolonged exchange trying to find a solution to the matter. I never met or spoke to the owner, but was handed off to a location manager named Diane, who served a go-between. The owner (and his father) did decide to purchase a replacement scarf, and I do appreciate their intention to make this right for me and the expense they incurred ordering a $250 replacement. However, they ordered it from eBay, and it had not been authenticated. Due to the number of counterfeit luxury items being sold, I asked to have it authenticated, but they said they wouldn't pay for it. So I paid $70 to validate the authenticity of the scarf. The good news is that the replacement does seem to be genuine. For that I am grateful, even though it doesn't solve the issue of losing something so emotionally valuable to me. On the other hand, in their response to my initial review, they avoid responsibility for the damage of my original scarf, blaming it on the delicate and "brittle" fabric. This makes me mad because the fabric is NOT brittle (it's soft as butter and a heavy twill). Also if they thought it was too delicate to clean, they should have refused to clean it. Furthermore, any silk item, no matter the age or sturdiness, would tear and be ruined when caught in a machine. If you are seeking cleaning for something fragile or vintage—take them at their word—they may not be up to the task. I upped them from one star to two stars for the effort they made in replacing my item. But I had to go through a lot, including a $70 authentication fee, to get the matter sorted. And to feel, at the end of the day, that they are still trying to absolve themselves of responsibility doesn't feel great.
On behalf of Prestige we deeply apologize for this situation. For context this item was very aged, stained and brittle and unfortunately it did not withstand the standard dry cleaning process. We have since tried our best to make it right by purchasing an expensive replacement for this customer. -Prestige Cleaners
