Customers consistently praise Prestige Moving for punctuality, careful handling of furniture, and efficient service, often noting that actual costs aligned closely with initial quotes. Reviewers highlight clear communication and professional conduct during both standard and complex relocations. However, two low-star reviews criticize specific instances of rude phone interactions and an alleged theft, indicating that while most experiences are positive, isolated complaints regarding staff behavior and accountability exist.

Ricardo and Chance were amazing. On time, professional, and thorough. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Got here , assessed our furniture and boxes and went to work. We’d hire them again. Austin in the front office was amazing and able to assess the cost (which was very reasonable). Thanks Prestige- a first class operation

The movers called me 15 minutes from their on time arrival. The team of 3 were fully prepared. We completed a walk through, then got to work. The team worked non stop for the next 6 hours, completing the move 1 hour earlier than estimated saving me money. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone reviewing movers!
We recently used Prestige Movers for our move from Surprise, AZ, to Prescott, AZ, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! Nick and Chance did a phenomenal job from start to finish.
They were punctual, professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with our furniture and belongings. One thing we especially appreciated was their communication. Whenever they had a question, they took the time to ask rather than make assumptions. That level of care and attention to detail really stood out to us.
They worked quickly without sacrificing quality, making what could have been a stressful moving day go smoothly. It's refreshing to work with people who take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing a great job.
A huge thank you to Nick and Chance for making our move such a positive experience! We highly recommend Prestige Movers to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving company. Five stars all the way!

I booked Prestige Moving last minute after finding out I needed to move my elderly mother by the end of the week. They quoted me a great price on the move as well as packing for her due to her physical limitations. The movers Elliot and Vicktor were extremely respectful and courteous to my mother during the complete move process from start to finish. They showed up right on time and exactly as promised. They also called the day before to confirm and the morning of to let us know they were on their way to my location. I was concerned about hiring a moving company online and from out of state, but Prestige Movers made this an exceptionally easy process. Thanks, and we appreciate you very much.
