I'm extremely disappointed with the communication from this pest control company. They keep sending their technician to my home with no phone call, text, or voicemail. Yesterday the tech showed up when I wasn't home, and again - no notice at all.
When I called the manager, she tried to blame the HOA and even tried to blame me, instead of taking responsibility for their lack of communication. I told her, "If you were in my shoes, would you like someone showing up at your home without calling first? What if you were at work, getting groceries, or in the shower?" She admitted she wouldn't like it either.
This is nothing against the technician - he is professional, respectful, and does a great job. The problem is the office. They do not communicate, they do not schedule properly, and they waste his time and gas by sending him to homes where the resident has no idea he's coming.
It's not fair to the tech, and it's not fair to the tenants. A professional company should ALWAYS notify people when a technician is coming and provide a time window.
I honestly don't understand how they have five-star reviews when they operate this way. If I were a homeowner, I would not hire them. The office needs to fix their communication immediately.

Sorry for the disappointment and frustration. I am not sure where the breakdown happened with this scenario, and I will say that frequently we don't have great contact information for the residents of the property management companies we work with, but if you were promised a call ahead, that should have happened. This is a common request and one that we are usually able to accommodate so I am sorry that it did not happen for you. We strive to always provide the best customer service so I am sorry that did not happen. I hope that Jose and the team has been handling the situation better there since then. Please let us know if theres anything else we can do.

Donald did a great job. The service went as planned without any hiccups. He apologized for waking me up, but that wasn't his fault. Lol! I really appreciated the gesture. Great company!
I continued my service at a new location and Adam was great on my initial visit. I still haven't finished unpacking but he still did his best with what he had to work with.
Madison was great on my third visit to the new place. Very polite and thorough. And a fellow gamer! :)

Just went super cool, quick, and efficient. He communicated with me with everything he was doing. He checked to make sure there was no areas in the house that I didn’t want him to go in. Adam did a great job. Addressed issues that we were having in the bathroom sinks.
