Tried Pride plumbing for an outdoor spigot repair and installation. In addition to it being outrageously expensive, the technician was not remotely personable, unfriendly, not a good communicator at all, made me very uncomfortable. He also didn’t properly clean up when he was done. First experience was a negative one.

Use as needed. Every service has been well done with no follow-up needed. Was impressed that they actually have same day service for a non-emergency repair. Had to have them back from a new repair.
