Ethan showed me several options on his tablet and the one we chose was delivered from Pride's warehouse in less than an hour. Ethan provided a professional and efficient installation; problem solved by the end of the business day. Both Etan and the office staff that took my original call were friendly and professional, and the prompt resolution was very much appreciated in light of our stressful upcoming move.

We had a 16 year old Hot water tank leaking from the top and bottom on a Friday. We called Pride Plumbing and they made an appointment for Saturday morning at 8:30am. Steve was the outstanding technician that arrived on time and removed the old tank with a new AOSmith heater in 2.5 hours. He was so professional and kind to explain our options.
