I always ask for Matt at Pride Plumbing & have always been very happy with his work. He also told me he's very happy working for Pride & that they treat him well. That's important to me too.
Bryce & Jaime were the best. Super friendly very knowledgeable clean quick work. My favorite tag team specialist from now on.
We have used Pride Plumbing for several years. This time we had a leak in our living room ceiling. The ceiling is plaster. We have had radiant heat since 1947. Some of the pipes are in the floor and some in the ceiling. This was our first leak. First, kudos to Pride Plumbing for having a staff of experienced…
Another great experience with Pride Plumbing. Nick and James did great work and were very patient with my questions. They helped brainstorm solutions and fixed all my issues. Very satisfied with the job done.
I came home from from a 2 week vacation to find shattered pipes in the utility room. I called Pride Plumbing and Matt G. showed up on time. Matt quickly evaluated the extent of work and quoted a cost to repair on what was visible. As work continued, additional damages were identified and repaired. His work ethic,…
Math installed out bathtub faucet set. Replaced our shut off valves to fix a leaky shut off faucets in our basment. Fast service! Answared all my questions.

Excellent service. It was easy to book a same-day appointment and Ethan was very professional and helpful.
James and Nick were great! James came the next day to diagnose the issue and returned week later for the non-emergency replacements! I don’t know anything about plumbing but the price was reasonable and both James and Nick were personable and professional while they were here!
James was very efficient. He explained the plumbing mysteries very well.
Brandin W and Devinn W came to our house due to a plumbing leak. 'They were courteous and efficient and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend Pride Plumbing.
Use as needed. Every service has been well done with no follow-up needed. Was impressed that they actually have same day service for a non-emergency repair. Had to have them back from a new repair. Again, impressed I got same day service. They showed on time, explained what was wrong, and got it fixed in about 1 hour. Definitely, I'll keep using them.
My hot water heater was serviced by David and Jaimee. They were friendly and very professional.
JAMES WAS A REAL PLEASURE! He was very informative, and his work was top quality. He was friendly and very professional. We couldn't be more pleased to have him as our plumber! James takes pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of his work. He's definitely my plumbing guy now and in the future!!
Ethan tried very hard, for some time, to locate the leak under our sink that we had seen earlier, but in the end, we never found it again. I appreciated his patience and dedication to the job, even if, in the end, the problem wouldn't cooperate and repeat itself.
Zack is a friendly person who did a great job on my toilet replacement. Thanks again.
Justin was on time, courteous and persisted until he found the leak.
Steven was professional, very knowledgeable and polite..A pleasure to do business with..
I contacted Pride Plumbing to have a leak in the plumbing in my basement repaired. I was able to make an appointment online to easily suit my schedule and was contacted with reminders and a phone call informing me when the technician would arrive. Daniel Cortland came on time and clearly explained the costs and…
David and Matthew were fantastic. I have had two plumbers decline this job so was happy to have them agree to meet this challenge. They are efficient and very professional and personable. I'm very relieved to have this problem solved. I'd definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

Steve was excellent! He communicated with my husband and I while we were at work through the whole process of diagnosis and repair with a few calls to keep us in the loop. We appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. The customer service he preformed is rare to come by anymore- so I want to say thank you! 5 stars ⭐️
Justin from Pride Plumbing came by to replace our shut off that feeds our outside faucet. He had to shut off our house main to do this, we found that it wouldn’t shut off enough, so he ended up putting in a ball valve shut off after the main, which allowed him to replace the outside shut off to be replaced with…
My initial touch point with the dispatcher was extremely pleasant, he was understanding of the issue and the urgency which was very appreciated. He said a technician would be out within an hour and kept his word! Brandin called 30 minutes ahead of his arrival, assessed the situation and ran through the remediation…

Sam cam in and had quite the task ahead of him. He was kind, professional and explained everything to us while training someone the whole time. They were both here for almost 12 hours and they never showed any sign of frustration with what was a long and challenging day. They also left the cellar very neat and…

This review is long-overdue but necessary. We've been using Pride Plumbing since 2019. All together, Pride has assisted us no fewer than ten times and most for major issues caused by poor workmanship from a major remodel. We have never been disappointed with Pride's workmanship. They are talented, timely,…
Brandin and Justin did a great job for us again today working on our sink and shower fixtures. They also properly reset a rocking toilet, and we are grateful for their very good work and their very professional and accommodating attitude throughout.

Kory was excellent. He troubleshoot and did a great job in ensuring that the dry wall that he had to open was not too big for us to put it right back. Thank you Kory for your diligent work.
Zach and Keith did a great job of fixing a leak at the shut off valve to the house. Keith was training Zach and they seemed to make a good team and respectfully worked together. Keith was knowledgeable and also helped to improve the support for a shower head. Both people were considerate, wore the botties to help…
12.05.22 Had 2 new faucet sets installed in a bathroom vanity that was installed more than 30 years ago. Of course, the installation was challenging yet James & Ethan did a superb job. They arrived on-time, did the extra tasks to deal with an old vanity, and cleaned up when they finished. Once again, Pride and its…
Steve was a life saver! He was efficient, professional and took care of our leak and clogged sink.
We had a great experience with Kori at Pride Plumbing. Upon calling the company, a very pleasant receptionist took our information, and a plumber (Kori) was dispatched to our home almost immediately. He took his time looking at the plumbing and asking us questions before diagnosing the problem and going over the…
Devine and Ethan arrived in a timely manner and addressed everything with a proper explanation.
Sam and Jamiee did a great job. They found the root of the problem which was not obvious at first. They took the time to get to the real problem - instead of just replacing the leaking component, they found the components that were causing that other component to fail.
Very professional job from Daniel and Ian
Devinn was thorough, professional and personable! He did a great job explaining what options we had to resolve our leak issue. He brought a few more plumbing concerns he noticed to our attention, which we really appreciated. We were able to remediate those as well, so they did not turn into bigger issues down the…
Straps holding my main drain line to the cellar walls snapped and it dropped to the floor resulting in several fractures on the 4"PVC. Daniel minimized the leaking so I could run water on Monday, and he and Ethan came on Wednesday to redo the line. Work was done efficiently, neatly, and professionally.
Pride Plumbing provides excellent service. This is the second time we had Devinn come to our aid. He is exceptional! Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, he goes above and beyond to provide the best customer service. He is a keeper!! Highly recommend the company and especially Devinn.
Kory and Nate did a great job! Fantastic service.

Matt came out after our garbage disposal broke and helped us with opinions on what to replace and how to replace it. We ended up using Pride to install a whole new sink as well as the disposal. We thought we needed some minor improvements to our main drain pipe and had a slow leak from a hose bib. Upon calling yesterday, Josh informed us that we would be put on a waitlist and there was no way of knowing how long that would last. Fast forward one day, Josh calls back to say that they are available! Nick A.…

Danial C, the man’s a stone cold Professional
Keith is a master plumber. I can install sink traps, toilets and faucets, but in the past when we needed all new pipes run from our basement to the 2nd floor, a new utility tub in the basement with a pump, a new sump pump + back-up and all new pipes going out, replace the main supply line (galvanize) pipe with…
