Steve Clark did an amazing job replacing our toilet tank, bathroom and bathtub faucets. Did not leave a trace that he was there and finished the job in just a couple of hours.
David Valle replaced our toilet. He was thoughtful and made sure the measurements would fit out above the toilet shelf perfectly. He was quick, tidy and did a very thoughtful job.
Was very nice to have service from Pride Plumbing our tech was Steve. Very kind knowledgeable, polite willing to communicate on what is being done and what the best route to take on job. Was very pleased and I really like that they send a message via email with who our tech was going to be with name and photo. A…
Thought that a toilet replacement would be easy, but alas, with an old house, it proved quite complicated. But they are quick and immediately responsive. Despite having to come out three times to try and assess and then fix the old piping under our upstairs toilet, they scheduled the same or next day service. And…
Another great experience with Pride Plumbing. Nick and James did great work and were very patient with my questions. They helped brainstorm solutions and fixed all my issues. Very satisfied with the job done.

James did a great job fixing our toilet. He informed us of what needed to be done based on what he found. He explained everything to us and also prices. He was clear and efficient. Our toilet works great now. I would recommend Pride Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Called Pride for a non-emergency issue. Scheduled me for an appointment the next day. Matthew M showed up earlier than the original appointment time with my confirmation. Went through multiple diagnostics to try and find the issue with the toilet. After multiple diagnostics, the only option left was replacing the…
Justin was extremely thorough. He explained everything completely and gave me options to choose from. Cleaned up when he was finished. Wouldn't know he was here except that toilet works now.

Daniel Cortland came to my home and was very good at helping with our toilet problem. Knowledgeable and courteous!
Says I was seeing 2 guys, only one came. He said he never worked on a toilet like mine before and didn't have any suggestions for the problem. I am tired of getting brand new people. Would like someone with more than 1 year experience. Never happens. I've requested certain names, and always gets ignored.
We had a shower head that was leaking and 2 toilets that would run from time to time. Steve was great he was well spoken and professional. Completed the job and everything is working great! Thank you Steve!
Steve and Jaimee did a great job. Prompt. Communicated well at each stage. Respectful. Fair. Professional. Exceeded expectations. Will use Pride again and recommend.
We discovered our toilet was leaking into our basement. We called Pride Plumbing in the morning and Daniel C. was at our house in the early afternoon the same day to resolve the problem. 12.05.22 Had 2 new faucet sets installed in a bathroom vanity that was installed more than 30 years ago. Of course, the installation was challenging yet James & Ethan did a superb job. They arrived on-time, did the extra tasks to deal with an old vanity, and cleaned up when they finished. Once again, Pride and its…
James was very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and friendly. He did two repairs and everything is working well. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and efficient also. I would definitely recommend this business and will use it again and request James again!!
Toilet would not flush. Cory explained the option s carefully, first to me and then to my wife. (He was patient) We made the decision to try plan king with a hefty snake - an d it worked! We are very grateful to Cory.
Keith and Bryce did a very professional job replacing our stack pipe along with fixing a leaking toilet and replacing an old leaking basement faucet. Nick was great! Highly recommended
I had called another business prior to calling Pride and was told the soonest they had was next week. I called Pride and was given a window that morning, and they even arrived earlier which was very helpful considering the leak that had come through the ceiling. Brandin was very upfront about options and cost which…
Kory was excellent as was Jamie who scheduled the appointment. The only issue I have is the prices quoted to replace a kitchen faucet at $900 and a hot water heater at $3000. It will cost me $300 to replace the faucet and about $1500 to replace the hot water heater through Home Depot installed services who…
Daniel C. of Pride Plumbing has done an excellent, very professional job each time he's been to our home. When we have plumbing problems, he finds the solutions, and explains them well. Signing up with Pride Plumbing has been a great value as we replaced and upgraded toilets, disposal, and sump pump. Very pleased with this company and it's staff.
Can’t explain what a great job Kory did replacing my broken toilet from my 1950’s home. He came upon some challenges but handled like a PRO! Thank you Kory for the great job you did. I am one happy customer.

A+ service from booking my appointment to the technician leaving my home. I contacted Pride Plumbing to replace my cast iron toilet flange. They kept me updated on my service call by emailing me an appointment reminder and a tracking app to see how far away my technician was. This is an addition to a courtesy phone…
I always use pride plumbing for my plumbing issues. They are fast and reliable. David is always super nice and does a great job!
I received a prompt response and Brandin was there the next day to repair a botched toilet installation by another person representing a different company. There were a couple of things wrong with the prior installation but Brandin stayed until all were corrected and the toilet was functioning properly. I have a…

Keith provided an estimate and explained the work required to complete the removal and installation. He explained the operation of the Navien tankless water heater and the importance of having it serviced. I would not hesitate to use Pride Plumbing again. They made the whole process painless. Daniel C and Devin (and Eddie) did a great job Daniel was wonderful first explaining my issue (slow flow in the toilet), and then offering solutions. He also had no hard upsells with the services, and explained how if I went with a certain package, I would save money than if I didn't (savings=good!) Way to go!
We first chose Pride Plumbing because they were highly rated and highly recommended. David V. was very professional, courteous and friendly. Jamie was professional and easy to work with when I called for service. Nick A. Instilled confidence when he made discussion and subsequent questions easy to navigate, very professional. He was obviously interested in customer satisfaction. Delivered excellent service.
We had Sam S. install a kitchen faucet and fix a toilet installation that was bad from a previous owner. Work was perfect, great quality, timely and neat. Sam took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He didn't try to "sell" me a service that I didn't need only to suggest "this" could be done sometime down…
Pride Plumbing is my go-to plumbing service for pretty much everything. I've been using them for years -- I like how they step through various options, offer you a chance to use their supplies or something you've bought, and work with you to solve whatever's going on.
Last fall with starry eyes I bought a house built in 1954. Thru persistent noise and leaks it became apparent that multiple plumbing aspects needed repair or replacement. Promptly Monday morning Steve C came, inspected, discussed and estimated dealing with 5 problems. By early afternoon water heater and sump pump…
