Today we had Nick replace a water heater as it failed yesterday. He was very professional but polite as well. He did his job thoroughly and was very impressed by his knowledge and work ethic. I would definitely recommend Pride Plumbing to family and friends. Thanks again Nick for your attention to detail and the…
We had a replacement water installed by Ethan, with the new one delivered by Ron. Ethan was patient answering my many questions, and explaining the water heater options. He did a very neat installation and he cleaned everything up when he was done. I’d be very happy to have him return for any future plumbing work.
Great job by Pride Plumbing. Called at 5:30 AM about a leaking Hot Water Heater and at 10:00 AM the job was completed. Sam the Technician was professional. Can't thank this team enough.
I have been using Pride Plumbing for many years. They have always been very professional and knowledgeable. I recently had the pleasure of having James do a water heater conversion for me. I had a tankless and wanted to switch back to a tank system. He explained all options and answered many questions. He did a…
Fast, friendly and appropriate service! Daniel was professional and efficient. Less than 3 hours to evaluate and replace my hot water heater!
I called on Sunday for a hot water tank replacement and they came out Monday before noon. Ethan was great! They even took some money off because the tank had a minor dent in it. Highly recommend.
Ethan and Daniel just installed our new tankless water heater. They did a ton of work, did a great job, cleaned everything up and were very professional and respectful! Ethan even stayed, without complaint, until 7pm, waiting for RG&E to show up to turn our gas back on. We're very satisfied and would not hesitate to…
James did a wonderful job installing a new water heater for us! Informative, friendly, and able to get the task done in fast fashion are some stand out notes from the job.
From initial estimate through completion, we were very impressed and pleased with results. Daniel and James C. are knowledgeable, efficient and polite. Great company.
Ethan was very knowledgable and nice!! And he did a great job cleaning up after he was done!! I would definitely recommend!!
I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with Nick W. and Ron T!! We woke up to our water heater leaking yesterday. Nick was at our house in no time and we had a new tank before lunch!! Both Nick and Ron took such great care of our basement items!! We will definitely let people know how great Pride Plumbing…
James from Pride Plumbing was very professional and through. James pointed out things that needed to be addressed. Highly recommend Pride Plumbing and their employee James.
James and Nick were great! James came the next day to diagnose the issue and returned week later for the non-emergency replacements! I don’t know anything about plumbing but the price was reasonable and both James and Nick were personable and professional while they were here!
Daniel was great! He explained every price, service and unit option for my new water heater. It was installed quickly. It's nice to have hot water again. Thanks Daniel!
update! This one includes a fantastic tankless water heater we got installed from David and James H -- super friendly, detailed, efficient, and overall fantastic technicians. Now back to my prior review, which still stands: I'm really happy with Pride Plumbing. Shout out to all the techs: David, Nick, and many…
Shane was great at explaining and showed up on time. Nice to see a company with great values in the community
My hot water heater was serviced by David and Jaimee. They were friendly and very professional.
Daniel, Ian, and Shane were very knowledgeable, courteous, and neat. Would trust them with any of our plumbing needs. Highly recommend
Just and Ian were great! Justin clearly explained the options for a new water heater, with no pressure to go with the expensive approach. He listened closely to my concerns and then they did the work professionally and to my specifications. I'm very happy with their professionalism and the quality of their work!
Very professional service. Competent and friendly people. Justin and Jamie, installers, were especially good.
Justin and Owen did a great job installing our tankless water heater. Second time I’ve had Pride service our home and couldn’t be more pleased!
Matt arrived promptly at the appointed time to review why my home did not have hot water. The hot water heater was only 7 years old. I had already done a preliminary assessment, failing to determine why it wasn't working. After a relatively short time, Matt determined that the gas regulator failed. Matt was clear…
Justin and Keith provided top notch plumbing service. They were professional, skilled and courteous in all that they did (installed a new on-demand water heater, a new hose spigot and a water pressure reducer).
I recently had Pride Plumbing come out and install a carbon whole house water filter and a Tankless Water heater install as well as some bathtub stopper fixes. I live in Webster, NY. Overall, I recommend PRIDE for their customer service and quality of work (with some small exceptions). Personally, I feel they are a…
Had a new tankless water heater installed by Daniel and Jamie. They did a great job and it went smoothly. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
Eddie was fantastic! Old hot water tank out, new installed in record time. Had them do an inspection of drains, etc and signed up for the preferred customer service. This is our second time utilizing Pride Plumbing and we think they are fantastic!!! Thank you Eddie!
The team did an amazing job. Professional, courteous, and punctual. I am very pleased with the quality of the work!
Excellent service from David V., and Jaimee F of Pride Plumbing. They recently replaced my hot water heater, home pressure reducing valve, and installed a water heater expansion tank. All this work was quoted and completed the same day!! Both David and Jaimee were honest, answered all my questions, and provided…
Prompt and efficient! .
They've always been quick, friendly, knowledgable, and concerned with my needs vs capabilities. On top of that, they don't talk down to you when explaining issues and answering questions.
Matt was fantastic! Professional, effective and efficient, Pride is a great choice.
After submitting an appointment request on a Sunday, Pride was able to come to our home Monday morning to diagnose a couple of suspected issues with our sump pump and hot water heater. Brandin was very knowledgeable and quick to figure out the problem with each and offer various price point options for us to…
Brandin provided preventative maintenance service on my tankless water heater. Brandin did a great job! He was meticulous in his work, explained each step of the work performed clearly, and answered all my questions very competently. Overall, a true professional! I will certainly call on Brandin and Pride Plumbing again for my next plumbing job.
David and Jaimee installed a new gas water heater in our home. Once again they were professional, polite, neat, on time and efficient. And pleasant to work with. We will definitely work with them again. Today Daniel installed two toilets. Like Davie and Jaimee, he was professional, polite, neat, on time, and…
Pride Plumbing was very responsive to our need for a new hot water heater when ours began leaking in the morning. Zach was at our house in under an hour. He was professional, answered all our many questions, respected our house by wearing booties, and cleaned up perfectly. He took the time to listen to any concerns…
They came right over and were done with the entire job in 2 hours. The men we had were very nice. They provided great service at a great price. We are older and have been taken advantage of before by calling an independent contractor. Never again. Pride is the best.
Our hot water tank went bad after a number of years. Nick the sales/manager came the same day even though it was late. Explained the choices in detail. Keith and Nate put the new tank in the next day. They were talented and professional and were done within a few hours. Pride was a good choice.
This was my first time with Pride Plumbing Service. Zach did a great job replacing my water heater. He was prompt, professional, patient, and very detailed. He did an evaluation of all the plumbing at my house. Thank you so much Zach!
Last night we discovered our water heater was leaking; called Pride this morning and less than an hour later, Kory arrived to take a look. About 2.5 hours later, he completed installing a new water heater. Very pleased with Kory's work, so we scheduled him to come back later this week to replace our broken garbage…
Ethan, Devian and Nate came by right when they said they would. They were all super professional and quick! When Devian informed me that I would have to get a new water heater, I thought I would be out of luck till tomorrow. No, they had options had a new tank delivered in 30 mins, and installed within the hour. I was blown away.
