We had a replacement water installed by Ethan, with the new one delivered by Ron. Ethan was patient answering my many questions, and explaining the water heater options. He did a very neat installation and he cleaned everything up when he was done. I’d be very happy to have him return for any future plumbing work.
Great job by Pride Plumbing. Called at 5:30 AM about a leaking Hot Water Heater and at 10:00 AM the job was completed. Sam the Technician was professional. Can't thank this team enough.

I called on Sunday for a hot water tank replacement and they came out Monday before noon. Ethan was great! They even took some money off because the tank had a minor dent in it. Highly recommend.
Ethan and Daniel just installed our new tankless water heater. They did a ton of work, did a great job, cleaned everything up and were very professional and respectful! Ethan even stayed, without complaint, until 7pm, waiting for RG&E to show up to turn our gas back on. We're very satisfied and would not hesitate to…

Justin and Owen did a great job installing our tankless water heater. Second time I’ve had Pride service our home and couldn’t be more pleased!
Matt arrived promptly at the appointed time to review why my home did not have hot water. The hot water heater was only 7 years old. I had already done a preliminary assessment, failing to determine why it wasn't working. After a relatively short time, Matt determined that the gas regulator failed. Matt was clear…
Justin and Keith provided top notch plumbing service. They were professional, skilled and courteous in all that they did (installed a new on-demand water heater, a new hose spigot and a water pressure reducer).
