After having an opportunity to review the service we received, a few things were discovered that are a bit concerning. We had signed up for pest control with an emphasis on black carpenter type ants. Gabriel was great. But this survey only asked questions regarding Prime. I’m not satisfied with this company at all. All the reviews that complain about this company are so true. The sprayers are great nice and polite. Can’t say the same about the office staff. I will never go back to them. As soon as my contract is up I’m gone.

Victor was great! He gave us a 10 minute heads up so we could put our dogs up and made sure to check with us if there were any concerns to address. He also made sure we know how long to keep the dogs out of the yards so they didn’t get sick from the treatment.

Frank did a great job spraying inside/outside the home. We have only had wonderful service from Prime! 9/23/25.Updated- Victor sprayed and put down ant bait. We have a ton of ant hills and he took the big ones out and said to call if there is still an issue and they will come back for a follow up.
