My technician, Shane was really nice and respectful. He clearly advised me with the different garbage disposals to choose from. He completed the job efficiently.

Eddie Nova was professional, courteous, and efficient. After a disappointing experience trying to work through home warranty, I decided to call Pristine Plumbing and pay out of pocket rather than deal with home warranty and all the hoops they make you jump through for simple repairs. I was very happy with both the…
Ilai worked a 12 hour day, called me to let me know he was near by— 5 minutes. He arrived, diagnosed the source of the water leak and then did the repair — top tear work and fast. I was very happy with the work and enjoyed meeting a fine young man!

Cory was informative, polite, tidy and efficient when installing a new garbage disposal. Pristine is not the cheapest option but they are always so reliable and professional. I’m a big believer in “you get what you pay for”, which is why I call them.
Highly recommend! Our kitchen sink had broken on Monday & we had two previous companies come out to no avail. Gilbert was professional, kind & explained everything! He was able to fix the kitchen sink while others weren’t. Will recommend to friends & family :)
Quick to respond and technician arrived earlier then promised. Jacob was presentable and professional. He was able to give me a quick estimate and was able to install the garbage disposal quickly and did an excellent job.
The technician was prompt and explained the repairs/replacement options clearly. He was able to complete the work in a timely manner, verified that everything works. He also checked out other issues at no additional cost. The price for the work was reasonable and comes with a 3yr warranty.
Mario was precise, thorough, clean and an exceptional communicator. I have used Pristine before and they never disappoint
