Our shower diverter’s pull handle was frozen. Could not send the water up to shower head. Cameron arrived on time, diagnosed the problem carefully, was able to pull the problem part out to ID it. It’s not an easy job. Found the replacement part in their warehouse, came back the next day to fix it.
