I was replacing a 10-15 yr old water heater in California. The experience was great, from the office staff to the consult to the installation.
Pristine plumbing is a very professionally operated company with highy skilled plumbers, Ryan who installed our tankless water tank goes above and beyond. They have done several plumbing jobs in our neighborhood and everyone is happy and love referring them to other neighbors.
Jim Foley and Steve Desio are highly professional gentlemen. Their work and their communication with me was efficient and very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Pristine Plumbing, and these gentlemen, if you have any plumbing problems. I will definitely use them in the future. I know it would be handled in a timely and professional manner.

Awesome service
Pristine Plumbing lived up to its name and then some. They are, by far, the most professional plumbers I have ever dealt with. They were on time, highly organized, efficient, completely transparent, and up-front with everything. The completed job was immaculate and exceeded all my expectations. I'll be using Pristine Plumbing for everything going forward.
I have to say that this company has integrity! We had a leaking water heater that needed to be replaced. I called in the morning and they had Joseph at the house the same day around 1 pm. He introduced himself, was very polite and put on shoe protectors when in the house. He had another technician, Andy, helping for…
Pristine's Gilbert Rios was the only water heater installer that was able to do this particular job on the same day that I called. Not only that, he completed the perfect installation in under two hours.
Professional, friendly and efficient.
My water heater broke down the week before the holidays. These guys were so amazing. came same day i called for an estimate. Were thorough in their evaluation and explanation of services. They even were able to come next day for installation and work, something that no other company i called could do. They were…
We have used Pristine Plumbing multiple times at 2 different properties over a number of years & have been very satisfied.
I had Pristine Plumbing install my tankless water heater. Joe is responsive and helpful throughout the whole process of getting a quote to installation. He was enthusiastic and passionate about his team's quality of work. After installation I can say that he is right to be as such. The quality of work is exceptional…
ILai installed a very high end tankless water heater, rebuilt my water valves to install a water pressure regulator, and then came back for a third time to install a gas line for my washer / dryer and then even unboxed it and hooked it up. His world was top notch and well priced as well. I’ll only be calling Pristine Plumbing ever for my plumbing needs.
We were very happy with the work provided by Tracy, Johnathan and Ben in installing our new water heater. All work was done efficiently and professionally, and completed in a timely manner. We will definitely call Pristine Plumbing again. Thanks guys for your great service!

Outstanding service, great communication and very professional. Highly recommend!
We lost all hot water in our home on a Sunday. We were not able to use the company that originally installed our water heater as they moved to Northern California. We had another plumber out here but they were unable to get the necessary replacement part for us. On Monday, we used the manufacturer’s website to…
We had a new water heater installed by Gilbert. He came out to inspect our old one that stopped working. We decided it was time for a new one, so Gilbert's coworker, Eddie, and later, their manager Dwain came out to our house. Everyone was very professional, extremely kind, willing to answer questions, and very…
My family just recently worked with Ilai at Pristine Plumbing. Our water heater broke and he was able to come out within just a couple of hours to inspect it. Pristine Plumbing was the only plumbing company that we contacted with the parts who was willing come on short notice. Ilai was very personable and clearly…
Ruben and his crew did an outstanding job. Disconnecting my existing interior gas HWH and installing a new exterior one required several piping modifications, including the gas line, yet they got it done in one day. Fantastic!
My tankless water heater was dripping water and not providing hot water. Of course, it was Saturday. My previous plumber didn't call back, so I went down the list of manufacturer's recommended technicians. Luckily, Pristine actually answered the phone and sent Dwain and Eddie out that afternoon. The replacement…
