Not very good. Google listing says free in home estimate. When I called quoted a price to come out for estimate. After checking water heater asked 4 times quoted estimate price just for checking without any repair work. Finally agreed to take 2 times quoted estimate price without any work which most other reputable…
This is the second time Mr. Elias Gomez has visited our home since last August. He was as kind, reasonable, and gave us good advice as ever, so we are very grateful. Thank you very much, Elias & Pristine Plumbing Inc. 😊
the repairman that came to my house was absolutely amazing. He was Extremely efficient, knew exactly what needed to be done and even took the time to look at my toilets to see what they could do to fix them. I would highly recommend Pristine Plumbing.
I’ve had 4 plumbing companies come by for their “visual consultation” as I had low water pressure throughout the house. Each plumber that came by gave me a different solution which I respect since it can prove to be difficult without a full diagnosis. Pristine sends me Angel Ruiz, who did me a SOLID and easily stood…
Dwain Bush has provided phenomenal service and support to our plumbing needs. He installed new copper pipes around our home with exact fittings including a shutoff valve that never existed. He also cleaned out our water heater and added a new valve as well. His attention to detail has made him an expert on plumbing…
Responsive to customer time constraints. Explained all steps of maintenance and offered options. Respectful. Thank you for the excellent service.
Pristine is a fantastic plumber. I've used them several times over the years, and they are a first class operation. Their people have always been super professional, honest, and friendly. Their equipment is top notch, and they leave things nice and tidy when done. Probably not the cheapest option out there, but…
Anthony responded quickly and thoroughly. He not only made the immediate repair, he got us started on solving the bigger problem. They have been great every step of the way. We've found the plumber we will rely on from now on. This time Johnny responded to our call. He was conscientious, neat and thorough --…
Had the displeasure of having issues with my kitchen sink twice. Had the pleasure of Jim coming by and fixing those problems both times. Jim is a great guy and very knowledgeable about plumbing. He solved both issues in a timely fashion and we had a good time chatting while he did it. UPDATE: Had another instance…
Really fast quote and service on water heater descale. Very impressed with prompt, friendly, professional service!
Company was very responsive and correctly identified the problem and fixed the day following the call
I can't recommend this company or my plumber Xavier Carter more. They (he) are the best. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and cost-effective.
After experiencing a considerable leak in my water heater in the early morning hours, I called PP right away and they were able to send a technician within an hour! The tech used great professional judgment and was able to explain the problems the heater tank was having. Besides replacing the tank, they demolished…
These guys are great. Highly recommend !
Cameron is awesome! He was on time and promised that we will have water restored before he leaves. He completed the work until after 11 pm on the day we called to report the issue. He had an equally awesome partner came, his name is Joseph and they both stayed until after 11 pm and explained the work they did.…
I am a repeat customer of Pristine. The experience is excellent. Cameron was very knowledgeable in explaining the benefits of different services. No hassle on pricing which was actually miscommunicated (completely honored) and payment is digital. Very modern. Will use again.
Professional. Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work that Jim and his crew performed in our home today. I highly recommend their services!
Excellent service from Jim Foley!
Fantastic experience! Full explanations all along the way.
Technician Jim Foley was very helpful, friendly and professional. Water heater was not functioning and displaying a Chamber Sensor failure, although only two years old. Jim inspected the water heater and gas line to make sure there was no issue. He reset the water heater and when it came back on is seemed to be…
Tracy and company did an awesome job and kept us informed during the whole procedure until completion. We first tried to go with a tankless water heater but Due to low gas pressure from So Cal gas Co. we were unable to use a tankless water heater and had to switch back to a tank water heater. Thanks for making this as painless as possible.
Ruben is very professional and knowledgeable. He gives great recommendations for what parts need to be replace and what parts can be fixed. He is on-time and trustworthy! 100% recommend Pristine and Ruben!
Outstanding service, great communication and very professional. Highly recommend!
Jim Foley was right on time, professional and fixed the issue quickly.
I called Pristine Plumbing due to an emergency leak in my house. They had Cameron at my place in less than an hour. He was very kind, professional, and helped with the issue immediately. Honestly, I had called three plumbing companies before for other problems in the house but I have never had this level of customer service before. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
My family just recently worked with Ilai at Pristine Plumbing. Our water heater broke and he was able to come out within just a couple of hours to inspect it. Pristine Plumbing was the only plumbing company that we contacted with the parts who was willing come on short notice. Ilai was very personable and clearly…
I have a new appreciation of plumbers after an icy shower this morning. Pristine Plumbing saved the day. Jacob diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in no time. I even found out that my Bradford White water heater is still under warranty for one more month. Yay! I will be calling Pristine first from now on.
Cameron was polite & efficient. He did a great job & left the area clean. We will definitely use this company again.
Had to replace the water heater and once we got things sorted out with our insurance company then Ruben responded immediately with an offer to install a new heater the next day! A team of three plumbers brought everything up to code and really did a great job of modernizing our system and giving bus suggestions of…
