Have used Pro-Tech for over 5 years. Good communications by phone and text with office to set and confirm time service techs will show. Tech is always on time and completes the work quickly with minimal intrusion to the home. Jordan was particularly helpful today. Very pleased.
Moises was very nice. Arrived on time. Explained each step of what he was doing in his maintenance of our A/C. Showed me a photo of the result of cleaning out the A/C drain. Just a really nice person and very efficient.
Jaime did an excellent job doing the regular preventive maintenance on our Trane unit. He also reconfigured our cell phone app to allow communication with system when we were away.
