He was very knowledgeable when it came to the equipment at hand. Everything seem to be working fine, he replaced my ac filter I had on hand and stated if we have any problems contact you guys. He wanted us to at least give it a week and follow up if need be. Overall, he did an outstanding job.
Peter was very professional. He checked everything out thoroughly and showed evidence of his findings. There were no hidden surprises.
Gregorio actually was able to come a few hours earlier on my day off to take care of our plugged line A/C! He even showed me what to do to prevent that from happening in the future.

Tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. We spoke about different options and at the end of the day for what all the services would cost I could have a brand new unit. So that’s the route I am taking
