Stay away!! After using this company for over 12 years they have been going down hill. Most recently a repairman and salesman (because they automatically send a sales person when your unit is old) told me my AC needed $6k in repairs and tried to hard sell me on a full replacement at $20k. Thankfully I went with a…
Had a problem with communication and rescheduling the appointment I had originally but when the technician abdesalam alami came, he was very courteous and knowledgeable and fixed the issue instantly......
He was very knowledgeable when it came to the equipment at hand. Everything seem to be working fine, he replaced my ac filter I had on hand and stated if we have any problems contact you guys. He wanted us to at least give it a week and follow up if need be. Overall, he did an outstanding job.
Peter was very professional. He checked everything out thoroughly and showed evidence of his findings. There were no hidden surprises.
Gregorio actually was able to come a few hours earlier on my day off to take care of our plugged line A/C! He even showed me what to do to prevent that from happening in the future.
Tech was a bit rude when asking questions. Helpers were pretty helpful.
Do not join their maintenance club. They made 1 unit non-functional, could not fix a 2nd, ordered the wrong part to repair it days later, and had us run our 3rd and final a/c on its own for a week until it gave out. Two of these three air conditioning units are brand new (less than 18 months old) and purchased from…
Eric Jackson was friendly and knowledgeable about his job and was happy with his performance. The only negative side is that it took 3 days to get a schedule with your company to do this AC problem. Me and my wife has to suffer without AC .So we decided to stay in a hotel to cool off . Hope this won’t happen the…
Marvin Tema service was very profesional, explained everything and was of much help. Thank you.
Great service on AC unit provided by Thomas. I received the service the same day I made the service call. Some other companies I called, I had to wait for a couple of weeks. Thomas was able to come out and perform the necessary service on my AC Unit the very same day I called. Thomas was able to educate me on…
Our service guy Jordan was by far and away one of the best air conditioning guys I’ve ever had. Knowledgeable, personable and very thorough….I have had others from your company but Jordan has to be the cream of the crop.
Tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. We spoke about different options and at the end of the day for what all the services would cost I could have a brand new unit. So that’s the route I am taking
We are absolutely loyal ProTech customers. From sales to installation to service ProTech has exceeded our expectations for professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, and urgency. We’ve used both their a/c and plumbing services and they do not disappoint. (A special shout out to Jordan, our service technician— thank you!)
Very happy with service
Outstanding service and so friendly. He walked us through every step and explained what the issue was and resolved it timely.

Excellent services
Nestor completed an extension job evaluating the HVAC unit. Explained everything he did and was really friendly. Glad we went with your company!
Not a good service…Thanks for nothing!!!
The Pro-Tech technician, Nick, arrived on time, was courteous, polite, and professional. He covered his shoes to protect the floors and went right to work. He inspected my unit and made, replaced the filter, and recommendations for proper continued use.
Wonderful customer service. I would definitely recommend.
I wrote another review, which I stand by wholeheartedly. I neglected to mention my serviceman name, it is Eric Henry. This serivice took place July 12, 2022. After fooling around with another company over my broken A/C unit, I finally got frustrated and called Pro Tech. Eric came out and could not find anything…
Excellent company. The service has been excellent for the past 10 years that I have been a customer. The staff has always been helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. I feel they cost just a little bit more but, they have always exceeded their value in my estimation.

Jean from Pro-Tech came out to fix our air conditioning. He restored it to working order promptly and noticed an issue that would make trouble for us in the future, allowing us to make those repairs while the unit was still under warranty, saving us both potential cost and frustration.
It was a pleasure having Zachary come to our home for the maintenance on our AC and Heating system! He was here on time, and was courteous and very thorough in doing work on our system. We have been using Pro-Tech for over 15 years now and would highly recommend this company!
Stewart was professional and friendly. He explained issues well and showed pictures of the problem and did the repair with assurance. He also took the time to explain what was good for future maintenance, to help avoid problems down the road! Thank you, Stewart!
I'm a property manager for a large storage facility and a loyal Pro-Tech customer after this week. After making several calls for Commercial HVAC service, I chose Pro-Tech. Why? From the person that answered the phone being super sweet and responsive to Lorenzo Mendoza, their sales coordinator - whom did an…
Quick, friendly service—on a Sunday no less. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable.
First time using this company. Jean was very professional and explained what he was doing. He wore a mask and wore shoe coverings when he came inside. I appreciated that.
They’ve always been great! Used them for decades, don’t plan on stopping.
Great service! Friendly and informative! Paul Brown will always be requested here!
Easy to get an appointment! Paul did a great job identifying the problem with my AC. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He was very focused and patient with all my questions 😊 This company checked all the boxes!
Jonathan did a fantastic job repairing the leak in our AC. We had had issues since we moved in and different repairmen came to help with no avail. He was polite, thorough and took the time to figure out the real problem. Thank you Pro-Tech and thank you Jonathon!
A keen was on time, fixed our issue and gave great advice. Will use again
