Michael and maybe Tom, came in and totally knocked it out. Great job!
I would rate zero stars if I could. I have to brand new units and they were constantly repaired by this company, costing us a lot of money over 5 years. Then now they quoted us $40,000+ for a new two unit system and said that was what needed to be done. We were thinking about taking out a home equity loan just to…
ProTech originally came recommended to me by a friend. They have since put my (old) system on regular maintenance. When I was ready, they replaced the entire system, and I'm delighted with its efficiency and operation.. Today's regularly scheduled maintence service by Moises Pagan was excellent. He was on time,…
We are very happy with the service we received from ProTech, specifically with Juan Catalas. He was professional and personable and explained in detail what was needed and why and how he repaired our furnace. It is now back to normal service and we couldn’t be happier. Cost was more than we expected since no new parts were required.
Timely, efficient, friendly.
Pro-Tech Air Conditioning & Plumbing Services Inc. provides an outstanding service with courtesy, honesty and integrity. Nick exemplified Pro-tech’s professionalism and expertise. He arrived on time and inspected my unit with skilled experience. He explained how my unit is operating and shared the pictures he took. I would recommend Nick and Pro-tech for any and all A/C needs. Pro-Tech is the company I use for all my A/C and plumbing work.
Fantastic Service and professionalism
Protech installed our air conditioning and heating unit. We also had them replace our ducts. They’ve done a wonderful job. We also use them for our maintenance and they do a wonderful job with that as well. They’re patient, they explain things and they’re extremely thorough. It is the only company that we will use…
Jailene Amador did a great job servicing our air conditioning unit. She explained everything that she was going to do, was very friendly and answered all of my questions.

Marvin came out today to perform maintenance. He took all COVID precautions. He was neat, clean, personable and performed work without disrupting my indoor cooling. Protech is the best and I am happy to share this with everyone.
Came early Answered all our questions Did a thorough job
Do not join their maintenance club. They made 1 unit non-functional, could not fix a 2nd, ordered the wrong part to repair it days later, and had us run our 3rd and final a/c on its own for a week until it gave out. Two of these three air conditioning units are brand new (less than 18 months old) and purchased from…
