Michael & Tim showed up and saved the day this morning! When I called this morning at 7:30 the earliest someone was supposed to be able to be to me to fix my broken AC was at the end of the day. To my great surprise my doorbell rang at 9AM and my heros had arrived. They got the system repaired and up and running…
Michael K. was professional in his assessment and solution to a problem with our AC. He offered options for resolution and made the repairs in a timely fashion getting our AC back online asap. In addition, he explained some updates around their Comfort Plus program that had changed since we initially signed up and…
I would rate zero stars if I could. I have to brand new units and they were constantly repaired by this company, costing us a lot of money over 5 years. Then now they quoted us $40,000+ for a new two unit system and said that was what needed to be done. We were thinking about taking out a home equity loan just to…
When above and beyond
Our tech Kerry was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He was spot on finding the problem that others had missed in the past. Kerry knows his stuff!! He offered us many options and was very professional and courteous. Thank you so much to Kerry and the ProTech team!
Excellent detail and knowledge. A real problem solver.
I had a wonderful overall experience with ProTech! The staff was prompt, professional and explained everything in a way I could understand. I will absolutely be dealing with ProTech staff again the next time I have any sort of heating or plumbing concern.
Very nice, polite and professional.
Great job. Courteous and efficient
Do not join their maintenance club. They made 1 unit non-functional, could not fix a 2nd, ordered the wrong part to repair it days later, and had us run our 3rd and final a/c on its own for a week until it gave out. Two of these three air conditioning units are brand new (less than 18 months old) and purchased from…

Eric and Andrew are the amazing duo! They work so well together and get the job done. Installed new system, communicated throughout job and explained everything necessary! Definitely a solid choice going with Trane and Pro-tech AC

Professional and knowledgeable. This is a great company, great service and thorough. Thank you!
Tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. We spoke about different options and at the end of the day for what all the services would cost I could have a brand new unit. So that’s the route I am taking
Ontime, very responsive and good communication.

Not a good service…Thanks for nothing!!!
Excellent company. The service has been excellent for the past 10 years that I have been a customer. The staff has always been helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. I feel they cost just a little bit more but, they have always exceeded their value in my estimation.
