Absolute nightmare to deal with. Poor communication, didn't pull permits, installed broken hardware. Go with literally anyone else. One star is too generous. They installed a new variable Daikin AC system, UV cleaning system, breaker panel, and home surge protector. The new AC unit died within a day and I had to…
Marvin Tema is a very professional technician who is always friendly. Takes time to explain any issues and leaves my home tidy.
Do not join their maintenance club. They made 1 unit non-functional, could not fix a 2nd, ordered the wrong part to repair it days later, and had us run our 3rd and final a/c on its own for a week until it gave out. Two of these three air conditioning units are brand new (less than 18 months old) and purchased from…
Victor did an awesome job! He showed us pictures of all of the work he performed! I could not be happier!
Andrew and his team were fabulous!! Thanks so much!!
Very professional and efficient. Great service as always
Eric and Andrew are the amazing duo! They work so well together and get the job done. Installed new system, communicated throughout job and explained everything necessary! Definitely a solid choice going with Trane and Pro-tech AC
Eric Dominguez and his associate did an outstanding job
So far great service on a great product. Totally happy. An update. After a year in service, it is June 23rd, 2023 and the AC is not working in our home. It's 85 degrees inside and Pro-Tech says they can't get a maintenance guy over until June 28th. Five days w/o AC in Central Florida. Think twice before using this company.
Good communicator. Not threatened by questions, simply responds in answering the question. Yeah good job.
Very hardworking. The two installers worked 12 1/2 hours to get the job done.
All the guys did a great job. Very professional and Miss Baggett will be happy to know
A million thanks to Omar and his 5 star team for their excellent work with our new ac install. HIGHLY recommend this team!!!
Always pleased with service. Nicholas Garcia had been our tech for a while. He is always pleasant and does a good job.
Pro- Tech and their guys always do outstanding work.
Satisfied with the service.
Great company, the show up when they say.... like literally to the minute, they work cleanly, efficiently, and are hella knowledgeable about what their doing. I HIGHLY recommend them
The technicians William and Albert, what a team! Very professional experience. They truly love what they do and it shows. I would highly recommend them and Pro Tech for anyone that is concerned with finding a trusted source for their HVAC concerns.
I've been using Pro-Tech for over 25 years.
On 8/23/22, I was scheduled for a regular maintenance. The tech named Moises went and extra mile and beyond. There was an issue with the exhaustion pipe next to the outside unit. The pipe was broken leaking lot of water forming a pool of water next to the house’s foundation. Moises got on the job and he replaced…
