The Pro-Tech technician, Nick, arrived on time, was courteous, polite, and professional. He covered his shoes to protect the floors and went right to work. He inspected my unit and made, replaced the filter, and recommendations for proper continued use.

Much appreciative of Eric for repairing the AC unit. The sensor needed was way over priced in our opinion but the quality of work and response time to get the unit fixed was great.
Excellent company. The service has been excellent for the past 10 years that I have been a customer. The staff has always been helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. I feel they cost just a little bit more but, they have always exceeded their value in my estimation.
Chris came out same day and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He had the parts onboard his truck and had cool air flowing within a half hour. Kerry is a terrific tech and subject matter expert on air conditioners. I ask him many questions about my unit's longevity etc. He have me good answers and advice. This man would make a great trainer or salesman. We need more people like Kerry in this world. He has a super attitude and demeanor. .
