Full window and frame replacement just doesn’t make sense with today’s prices—especially when the existing wood windows are solid and working well! Our home was built in 1984, and we have a mix of original windows and others from the mid-1990s. Despite their age, the windows themselves are still solid. My husband…
Team was knowledgeable, informative, hard-working and extremely professional. Overall, just a fantastic job!!!! I highly recommend Pro Window Repair and Service.
Couldn't recommend Pro Window Repair more! Fantastic communication from start to end. I had them come out to replace glass in a basement window that was broken from a lacrosse ball. They pointed out another window broken on a garage door and they fixed both. The garage door window was a pain but Lev did a great job…
Precision diagnosis and fix for a window which would no longer crank shut. Then Roman checked my 2 bedroom windows and recalibrated them as well; one was missing a screw I hadn't even noticed.
Roman and his team are phenomenal. Their communication is amazing and continues to be amazing after they helped me, as I had a few follow-up questions after they helped me. They helped me swap out some panels of glass and adjust a sliding glass door. The sliding glass door was tricky because the existing parts were…
Roman was very helpful in solving our window issues. He helped us fix the problems and showed us how to maintain our windows for the future. He gave us tips and quick fixes so we didn't have to replace any of them. (They were all in good shape but just needed some tender loving care). And kudos to Lailah for being…
I would give more stars if I could. I had several different window issues and repairs that I needed help with, and Pro Window Repair & Service did an excellent job. Out of the 3 quotes that I got, they were by FAR the most knowledgable and reasonable in their approach. Great customer service. The work is…
Very professional installers ! They explained exactly what they were going to do. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was done. It took them less than two hours to replace the glass panel on my patio door. Very satisfied !!
Awesome family-owned window repair company! With Roman's 25+ years in the business, he is knowledgeable, understands customer service and quality workmanship, in a profession and courteous manner.. EXACTLY what I was looking for. I was in the process of negotiating a purchase agreement on my home and needed an…
If you need a window repaired, Pro Window is your best option. Their communication is quick, responsive, and clear. Their prices are very reasonable. The installers took the time to make sure our repaired windows were installed with precision. I was very impressed with the customer service, the quality of the work, and the reasonable prices.
Wonderful service. Roman was great
Amazing people to work with. We will absolutely be giving them our business in the future, and recommend them to family and friends. They were very helpful with going through our options. Great communication all around. Absolutely professional, quality work, from some good people. I suggest you take the time to…
Pro Window Repair was outstanding to work with. They were responsive, honest, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to review photos of several window issues, explained the differences between repairs and replacements, provided approximate pricing, and even suggested less expensive…
Communication with Pro was excellent & frequent throughout the job. Had a free estimate same day we requested it. Very reasonable price & only had to replace the glass, not the whole window, which saved us a lot of money. Great experience with everyone we've worked with at this company. Roman & his sons are…
Terrific group. They repaired four windows that had rot in the frames (including one that was quite high up) quickly and at a great price. They were in regular communication throughout the process and the results are absolutely superb, exactly matching the stain color. I enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who needs window repairs.
Roman and his son did a great job replacing the glass on an older awning window. It’s a family run business that takes great pride in their work. Roman worked through some questions I had - it was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this business for any window repairs.
Roman was fabulous! I can’t say enough good things! We had a tight timeline and he was able to replace a window quickly for us. He also didn’t gouge us like other quotes we received. I would highly recommend!!
I was really impressed with the communication throughout the process. I was able to repair two windows instead of replacing them. Highly recommend.
Our home was only 12 years old but some of the windows had fallen into disrepair/dysfunction. Roman and the Pro Window Repair team did an excellent job assessing the repairs, finding parts, and fully restoring functionality and life expectancy to 6 of our windows. The communication was excellent. The pricing was…
Pro Window repair saved us a lot of money and did quality work on our windows. Honest and very hardworking people.
Extremely professional, excellent work and communication!! Highly recommend
Roman and his crew were incredibly professional and did great work. They saved us a ton of money after getting an obscene quote from a competitor. They are great people and would absolutely recommend them to others!
Window balancer broke. Roman and Lailah were wonderful!! Very easy to communicate with and made everything very easy. I will definitely use their services again, if needed. Thank you!!
Unlike many other companies I contacted, Roman and his team were extremely responsive throughout the process of requesting a quote and determining a solution. They did a great job rebuilding part of a window to deal with a rot issue. You can see the before and after pictures here.
We had a crack across the bottom of our window in our living room and needed it replaced. After doing some research, this was by far the most reasonably priced. Roman and Lev were super friendly, professional, showed up on time, and did an amazing job. We are so happy with the job they did, and will absolutely hire…
So lovely to work with
I truly cannot say enough about Roman and his crew. Honest, professional, trustworthy and frankly just great people. The service that they provide is unique I would say. I must admit I really didn’t think such a service existed. For the most part most of my windows were still in good condition. I had one cracked…
They were on-time, professional, great communication and the window looks great!
I bought an older house with the original casement windows. About 10 of the windows were stuck and would not open. There were various issues including rotten wood and broken hardware-cranks and hinges. After an initial estimate, work was scheduled. Roman and Leo came out, arriving when scheduled. They were able…
The folks at Pro Window Repair are excellent. They took great care with our windows and did an excellent job. They are friendly and place customer service above all else. I cannot say enough good things about them. Certainly the right folks for the job.
We have utilized Pro Window Repair on three occasions for different windows in our home. Not only did they service our windows within 24 hours, they are professional, trustworthy and skilled in their craft. We highly recommend them for window repair and servicing.
Excellent service, would strongly recommend
Roman is an extraordinary craftsman and human being. We were given an outrageous estimate to replace windows and Roman was able to repair them saving us thousands of dollars. He is honest, knowledgable and a pleasure to have in our home. We highly recommend Pro Window Repair and are grateful a friend tipped us off to this company.
I am so glad I found Pro Window Repair & Service. I have a 1970s style house with many casement windows that did not function properly. Some were stuck shut, missing hardware or hard to crank open and closed. I had debating getting new windows, but was concerned about the cost, waste and the impact on the home's…
We had 3 window balances that were broken and chose Pro Window Repair & Service from a referral by our carpenter. Although it took quite awhile to receive the parts from Marvin, they were very good about keeping us updated on the progress, so we never had to wonder if they had forgotten about us. Once they had the…
Roman kept me informed of when he would arrive. He was able to fix my window without any difficulty. Very professional and personable. Highly recommend.
When other companies were trying to overcharge us or tell us they wouldn't help us at all because the job was too small for them to take on, Roman and his team quickly took our window job on. Roman was professional and personal, walked me through every step and was by far the most reasonably priced out of everyone…
Phenomenal communication, execution and expertise.
Roman was extremely helpful, kind, prompt and professional when helping to repair our windows. Our windows are original to our home (50+ years old) but Roman was very helpful to educate us that they were still in great shape and with a few small repairs we could have our windows last for a while longer. He didn't…
Finally- a contractor who is dependable, does a great job and leaves my house clean. Fantastic work!
Roman is a wonderful and trustworthy person who does excellent work. He knows windows! He will bend over backwards to help, and do so quickly and with a smile! He helped me with one broken window, which no other window company would touch. He used resources to fit new glass into the window frame, and now the window…
Truly awesome company and team! Use them frequently. They always provide amazing communication, professionalism, fast timelines, great pricing and quality! Highly recommend!
Lev has been out a couple times to repair and has done a fantastic job. He is professional, pleasant, and I would recommend him 100%. Thanks for everything!
