Abysmal! Just contacted them for preliminary information and the individual (male) was rude and aggressive. Is THIS who a business chooses to have that's client facing??? Could never earn my business and I would NEVER recommend.

Well, I am sorry you had that experience. As you can see from our many client reviews, that is not the response we normally receive. Maybe it was the fact that you were very vague, spoke over him and didn't listen to his replies to your questions. The level of professionalism you exhibited was extremely low.
