ProCraft Pest Control

I screened three different local pest control companies and this one seems on point! Sophia and Brandon did an amazing job.

Brandon was very helpful and kind. Made me and my family feel understood and was very informative and patient. Will continue to use this company for future services and will recommend to everyone we know. Also he made us laugh so that’s a bonus.

Amazing service. Thorough and got the job done!

Awesome experience with ProCraft. I reached out for a quote and the owner himself was in the area and stopped by the same morning. He walked my property and made recommendations. I opted for an annual service contract as it is priced very reasonably. ProCraft sent out Brandon the same day and he treated my entire… Read full review

Brandon from ProCraft Pest Control did an amazing job—definitely a 5-star experience! He removed wasp nests, cleared out all the spider webs around my home, and thoroughly sprayed the inside. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and helpful he was. He took the time to explain what kinds of bugs are attracted… Read full review

Brandon came today and gave an excellent customer service, he explained to me that he treated everything around the house all the foundation perimeter, windows, door trims and granulated the front yard… he did a great job and so happy with the services he provided … happy customer 😊

Professional, polite and great service.

Brandon serviced our business and his attention to detail was incredible. He even left me my own extra bug traps to put out for when I need more. Since Procraft has been servicing us I haven’t seen one bug. Love this company and would recommend to anyone.

I didn’t want to write this review but I have no other choice because this company lacks communication and integrity. I will say the customer service at the beginning was great. I was doing research and found that this Procraft Pest Control had decent reviews and wanted to try them out. I signed a year-long… Read full review

Prompt and professional service They have been servicing my business few several years now

Awesome, on time service. They check in with you before they arrive and ask each time if there are any new issues. Pet friendly, will do inside and outside at customer’s request. Great price on all services. We have forgotten what bugs look like

I've been a customer of ProCraft for years. Pests are under control, and the customer service is great. They communicate well, are readily available by phone or text. I've even had random situations where I thought I had a rat, roach, and centipede (all different situations), and they were able to answer any… Read full review

This company is fast, responsive, friendly, and they solve my problems quickly.

I’ve been using ProCraft services for years and highly recommend them. They come quarterly to treat my house of insects 🐜, they are always professional, and very knowledgeable. They know their bugs!

ProCraft Pest Control is amazing! We were roaches outside on the walls of the house, and I CANNOT handle that. I called them, and they were able to set up an appointment with Isaiah. I’m pretty sure our one dog has a crush on him, because she’s not a fan of strangers, but she couldn’t take her eyes off of him. (And… Read full review

I have been using Procraft’s services for about 10years now. Their staff is super friendly and accommodating with my schedule. They do an amazing job. I like that they check in to ask how their services were. I am so happy I found them.

Luke and Robert are very pleasant, professional, reliable, and detailed in their work. They explain the pest control treatments they’re performing and make recommendations as needed. They are happy to answer any questions I may have. I’ve been very pleased with their services.

The entire team at Procraft is friendly, competent, on time, and a pleasure to work with. 6 star service and they are priced right. We've hired them for several different projects, including a quarterly pest spray. They've helped us for over 4 years now. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a customer of ProCraft Pest Control for around 4 years now, so this review is long overdue. I’ve been really impressed with their customer service and quality of service in general.
