Brandon is always super thorough and has a great eye for spotting areas I wouldn’t normally think to check for spiders or insects. He takes his time, pays attention to the little details, and always makes sure everything is properly treated before he leaves. I really appreciate how reliable and knowledgeable he is.…
We have us d the service for our home and we are very happy Alex is very knowledgeable and he knows about preventative measures for rodents and pests. I know he is very careful spraying and he very meticulous about his job. Thank you Alex
Brandon was very helpful and kind. Made me and my family feel understood and was very informative and patient. Will continue to use this company for future services and will recommend to everyone we know. Also he made us laugh so that’s a bonus.
Brandon was very thorough and professional. I recommend this company highly. From Sofia in the office to Brandon it was a great experience!!
Quarterly service, I have been a customer since the Covid 19 pandemic. Just terminated my service. The new office staff after 5 complaints failed to schedule appointments. The technician just shows up. This is horrible customer service.
Just switched to ProCraft Pest Control. Initial service performed by Brandon today. He was thorough and professional.

Great service always. Great family owned business that treats your property like it’s theirs.
Excellent experience from start to finish! Brandon the technician was very courteous and respectful of my home. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was taken care of properly. Highly recommended Procraft Pest.
Brandon did the work very professionally and we were very happy with the job he did to get rid of ants and other insects. ---- Mike did a good job last time that's why we didn't hesitate to call him again this time for termite treatment. We appreciate the professionalism, keep up the good work 👍
Jeff, you're the man. You guys are much appreciated and have a very cool house. And, as far as I know, the only folks I have seen growing Goji berries in his backyard, ha! Thanks again- Mike
Great experience. He explained every step and what to expect.
I screened three different local pest control companies and this one seems on point! Sophia and Brandon did an amazing job.
I have been using ProCraft for almost 10 years. They always get the job done. What I like most is that they don’t try to gauge you with extra services. They are always pleasant and communicative. I would recommend them every time.
Angela! You're so kind and generous- its a pleasure to service your home. Thank you and never hesitate to reach out to us if you ever need anything! Mike

Brandon serviced my house today and did a very thorough job. Listened carefully at the problems we had with pests and identified additional potential issues. He implemented several proactive initiatives to improve overall pest controls.
Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Brandon did exactly as stated. Service photo's turned out crystal clear, too. Highly recommended.
