Thomas Martin does a great job with our pest control. What’s crazy is my job is right next to Waste Management, and I never see any flies or pests inside the warehouse. That says a lot about the quality of his work. He stays on top of everything and keeps the warehouse clean and pest-free. Definitely appreciate the great work, Thomas!
I have been working in rendering for 4plus years now and it is a very messy industry that most people don’t know exist. It is an industry that attracts pests and rodents and most workers that work in the industry come to accept it as the norm, and to some extent you must accept that you may occasionally see a pest or rodent. Speaking for myself, the facility in which I work was infestation level, roaches on your clothes in the locker room, roaches behind the water cooler, workers unable to leave their lunch unattended in the break room for a second without roaches inviting themselves. I use a storage room for old samples, I had to kick the door open because roaches would fall from the hinges onto my helmet. Rats. And there is a lot more. It had all become too common and become the norm. Keep in mind that the facility was still receiving weekly visits and treatments from pest control. I believe we were gifted with Thomas Martin into my third year. He has been all the difference. He showed us that working in rendering didn’t mean that we had to accept the conditions that we had up until then. And in the time since we’ve had Thomas he’s done so much for us. You don’t appreciate the simple pleasures until you no longer have them. Many of the workers resorted to bringing their own bottled water because of the roach problem with the water cooler. since Thomas those same people are drinking from the water cooler with a smile, being able to use the restroom during your lunch break without having to wrap up and store your food, burning precious minutes, I am now able to simply open doors without expecting roaches to fall down on me. Not having a o inspect your lunch pale for roaches before heading home for the day. thomas i believe was the 4th pest professional that i worked with while at the company. While all of them were good people and seemingly attentive and inquisitive in nature, it wasn’t until after being gifted Thomas that I suspect two things, one is that all the other professionals were just asking the customary questions while getting the signatures verifying service to seem inquisitive or that Thomas is just operating on a different level. Thomas seems to thoroughly enjoy the work and I believe that is what makes him so great at what he does. He puts in the work to understand the way they think, he has creative and thoughtful solutions to any roadblock he encounters. He keeps you up to date and informed on everything. I could talk all day about how superb his service has been and that still would not do it justice. In any industry, there are levels to expertise and excellence, Thomas is among the best without a doubt. I cant say much about the company other than the people I’ve interacted with have all be courteous. But my 5 star review is all for Thomas and the work he’s done.
