ProCraft Pest Control

Great service always. Great family owned business that treats your property like it’s theirs.

I screened three different local pest control companies and this one seems on point! Sophia and Brandon did an amazing job.

Brandon serviced my house today and did a very thorough job. Listened carefully at the problems we had with pests and identified additional potential issues. He implemented several proactive initiatives to improve overall pest controls.

We have us d the service for our home and we are very happy Alex is very knowledgeable and he knows about preventative measures for rodents and pests. I know he is very careful spraying and he very meticulous about his job. Thank you Alex

Brandon was very helpful and kind. Made me and my family feel understood and was very informative and patient. Will continue to use this company for future services and will recommend to everyone we know. Also he made us laugh so that’s a bonus.

Brandon was very thorough and professional. I recommend this company highly. From Sofia in the office to Brandon it was a great experience!!

Quarterly service, I have been a customer since the Covid 19 pandemic. Just terminated my service. The new office staff after 5 complaints failed to schedule appointments. The technician just shows up. This is horrible customer service.

The inspector who came out was very professional and courteous. Amid the small talk he really took his time to inspect the perimeter of house and was very knowledgeable about his craft and matters of construction. I learned a lot in such a short time. More importantly, instead of creating a reason to earn money,… Read full review

Just switched to ProCraft Pest Control. Initial service performed by Brandon today. He was thorough and professional.

i’ve always taken care of ant issues on my own, however, this year the ants have taken over the house. I called ProCraft pest control. They came out the same day sprayed for ants and other insects. Brandon was very professional, he explained everything he was doing and put bait in areas where I was having ant… Read full review

I have been a customer of Procraft Pest Control for several years now. They offer a great product which has kept my home pest free, and they also provide excellent customer service. My latest treatment was done by their representative Brandon and he provided a great customer service experience. I am definitely a satisfied customer!

Awesome experience with ProCraft. I reached out for a quote and the owner himself was in the area and stopped by the same morning. He walked my property and made recommendations. I opted for an annual service contract as it is priced very reasonably. ProCraft sent out Brandon the same day and he treated my entire… Read full review

Procraft is great! We’ve loved their service, communication, and quality of work. We have had great experiences with their techs Brandon and Patrick as they normally service our house but we’ve never had a bad experience with any tech.

Brandon from ProCraft Pest Control did an amazing job—definitely a 5-star experience! He removed wasp nests, cleared out all the spider webs around my home, and thoroughly sprayed the inside. I have raved about ProCraft Pest Control before and I am here to rave about their service, once again! Brandon just left our home and done a fantastic job in removing some wasp nests in our back yard, which we had no clue were even there, as well as, our front porch area that had some spiders living there rent-free… Read full review

Very happy with this company. They text me a day in advance when they will come. There is a short time slot that works well with my schedule. The inspectors are very nice and experienced. They will ask if I have any issues and will spend a few minutes with me prior to them leaving. I have had them for a couple years… Read full review

Lov this company Honest business

I've been a customer of ProCraft for years. Pests are under control, and the customer service is great. They communicate well, are readily available by phone or text. Very professional, always courteous

Have been with PC for almost two years and they are always extremely professional and attentive to the needs based on the season. They’ve never missed an appointment and if a follow up is needed, they show up without hesitation. Happy with the service and looking forward to many more years of service.

Sophia was very helpful over the one. They were getting ready to close for the day and I needed the bees removed asap as I am allergic. She had this service scheduled for the very next morning along with a general pest service. 10 out of 10
