I screened three different local pest control companies and this one seems on point! Sophia and Brandon did an amazing job.

Brandon serviced my house today and did a very thorough job. Listened carefully at the problems we had with pests and identified additional potential issues. He implemented several proactive initiatives to improve overall pest controls.

We have us d the service for our home and we are very happy Alex is very knowledgeable and he knows about preventative measures for rodents and pests. I know he is very careful spraying and he very meticulous about his job. Thank you Alex

Quarterly service, I have been a customer since the Covid 19 pandemic. Just terminated my service. The new office staff after 5 complaints failed to schedule appointments. The technician just shows up. This is horrible customer service.

The inspector who came out was very professional and courteous. Procraft is great! We’ve loved their service, communication, and quality of work. We have had great experiences with their techs Brandon and Patrick as they normally service our house but we’ve never had a bad experience with any tech.

Very happy with this company. They text me a day in advance when they will come. There is a short time slot that works well with my schedule. The inspectors are very nice and experienced. ProCraft is one very good company! We’ve had them over a year and they complete the whole outside by spraying and getting in the house eves. No spiders or ants! They place granules on the lawn too! They are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! We’re very happy with their services!!

Have been with PC for almost two years and they are always extremely professional and attentive to the needs based on the season. They’ve never missed an appointment and if a follow up is needed, they show up without hesitation. Happy with the service and looking forward to many more years of service.

Sophia was very helpful over the one. They were getting ready to close for the day and I needed the bees removed asap as I am allergic. She had this service scheduled for the very next morning along with a general pest service. 10 out of 10
