Rockstar! I am thoroughly satisfied with the service that Stephanie provided. She took the time to explain what we might be up against as well as the best way to treat the problem. She heard my concern. She took some time to treat both the inside of the house and the outside and then came back in to explain to me…
I have had a couple exterminators over, but they were too pricy and I didn't care for their service deals. However, I am very thankful we came across the Professional Exterminators because we truly get amazing service at a reasonable price! Our technician Ryan always provides exceptional service! He always explains…
5 star for sure! Their technician Jon is fabulous. He is responsive when I contact him with a bug issue outside of our monthly service call. He is here same day or next day. We tried the other big guys, and after going thru a few technicians, we decided to try Profesh Exterminators. They don't make me feel like I'm…
Zach is the complete professional. Always goes above and beyond. This is the second residence he’s provided services for me. Won’t call anyone else. Not sure what he’s paid but I’m sure it’s not enough!
They were very friendly and helpful. The tec was friendly and courteous. Explained everything he was going to do.
We found ourselves in need of some professional pest control for rodent issues, as well as ants, wasps, spiders, and yard fleas (from all the squirrels!) at my mom's house and I decided to give this company a try. I had previously used a DIFFERENT company at my own house, but wasn't super impressed. The technician,…
Logan is outstanding! This is great company all around, including office staff!
Dave has always been professional and incredibly responsive. The service is top notch and we recommend Professional Exterminators to anyone who is looking for a great pest control company!
They’re name says it all! Very responsive, friendly and of course professional. Roame and Zac came to help with my ant problems before my regular service. They came within a hour of my call. I highly recommend this company. Professional Exterminator!
Dave was great super friendly, explaining everything he was doing. Would highly recommend!!
This company is amazing. We have used a few exterminator companies in our 10 years in Redding, but Professional Exterminators goes above and beyond all of them. They are always friendly, courteous, professional, and punctual! They are awesome at communicating and have excellent customer service. In addition to…

This is a great company to work with. The have done my pest control for over 8 years. The staff is wonderful. They have had great communication with me and I have had no issues with them.
The bugs hate these guys! I, LOVE Dave and the crew!! Their work is thorough and they don't waste any time. I am so happy to have found a bug guy in town that actually got rid of the pests! He even helped me get rid of those awful black and red/orange beetles what were demolishing my landscape this year! Thanks…
I am very appreciative of the excellent service that I receive. Thank You!
I first met Dave through a mutual friend. However, once I saw him in action, it was obvious why good company is on fire, and roaming to the top! Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, they really are the best!
We have used professional exterminators for more than 10 years. We’ve always had great service. Dave has even come over to help me read trapped rodents but hadn’t quite gone to rodent heaven. (I just couldn’t kill it😬) I highly recommend them.
Roam came and did our start up and he was on time and professional. He answered all of our questions and did a great job.
Drew was very helpful and provided a great service!
