Again, Kenny came the same day we reported ground hornets in our yard and took care of them quickly and promptly. Thank you Kenny for your continued outstanding service to our home.
I have had a couple exterminators over, but they were too pricy and I didn't care for their service deals. However, I am very thankful we came across the Professional Exterminators because we truly get amazing service at a reasonable price! Our technician Ryan always provides exceptional service! He always explains…
5 star for sure! Their technician Jon is fabulous. He is responsive when I contact him with a bug issue outside of our monthly service call. He is here same day or next day. We tried the other big guys, and after going thru a few technicians, we decided to try Profesh Exterminators. They don't make me feel like I'm…
Good communication, service and results. Professional and helpful
Zach is the complete professional. Always goes above and beyond. This is the second residence he’s provided services for me. Won’t call anyone else. Not sure what he’s paid but I’m sure it’s not enough!
I really appreciate Ryan. Great guy, very professional and explains products being used very well.
This company caught an elusive MOLE that had been tormenting my yard for months. Traps were monitored and repositioned until the critter was finally caught & removed. What a relief! All my wasp nests were found and removed too, even the mud daubers, who were somehow in my garage door frame. I really appreciate…
They were very friendly and helpful. The tec was friendly and courteous. Explained everything he was going to do.
We found ourselves in need of some professional pest control for rodent issues, as well as ants, wasps, spiders, and yard fleas (from all the squirrels!) at my mom's house and I decided to give this company a try. I had previously used a DIFFERENT company at my own house, but wasn't super impressed. The technician,…
WE LOOOVVVEEE DAVE. MADINA. AND THEIR TEAM!! We get TONS of roaches and black widows and other icky critters and Professional Exterminators are so quick to respond to handle any situation! The tech will even knock if they see me home, just to say hi! THANK YOU FOR KEEPING THE OUTSIDE FROM COMING TO THE INSIDE!! We appreciate you so much!!!
UPDATE to my original 5 star review: Going on 4 years of service with this company. They are still providing excellent service across the board. Highly Recommend! Professional Exterminators has provided consistent, excellent service from the first job and every job since. The owner is very knowledgeable and…
Dave has always been professional and incredibly responsive. The service is top notch and we recommend Professional Exterminators to anyone who is looking for a great pest control company!
This company is amazing. We have used a few exterminator companies in our 10 years in Redding, but Professional Exterminators goes above and beyond all of them. They are always friendly, courteous, professional, and punctual! They are awesome at communicating and have excellent customer service. In addition to…
The bugs hate these guys! I, LOVE Dave and the crew!! Their work is thorough and they don't waste any time. I am so happy to have found a bug guy in town that actually got rid of the pests! He even helped me get rid of those awful black and red/orange beetles what were demolishing my landscape this year! Thanks…
We have used professional exterminators for more than 10 years. We’ve always had great service. Dave has even come over to help me read trapped rodents but hadn’t quite gone to rodent heaven. (I just couldn’t kill it😬) I highly recommend them.
