Over the weekend, I found out my wheel had a crack and a leak. I was searching for places in Westchester through Gemini lol, and this place was recommended as the best for my Mercedes. I called Monday, and he told me he could get me in that same day. This was amazing news to me, since I had been putting air in my tire every single morning since Friday just to drive because the cracked wheel was letting so much air out. Will was so kind, helpful, professional, and the price was so REASONABLE. There's a difference between someone being nice and someone being kind—Will was very kind. He gave me advice, tips, and answered all of my questions without seeming bothered or busy. He made me feel comfortable. He even mentioned how easily women can be taken advantage of in the car maintenance industry and how unnecessary and unfair it is, which really showed his character. This is exactly what business and customer service should be about. I will definitely come here again to get my wheels fixed when needed, and I will recommend this place to anyone because of the incredible service and efficiency. Thank you so much!

The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, with clear and consistent communication throughout the process.
