Proven Plumbing & Air

I called Proven Plumbing to install a new garbage disposal. Zachary did an excellent job with the installation and he also shared information that was beneficial for use of the specific product that was installed. I appreciate the excellent work that he provided.

Timely, professional and reasonable priced. Thank you, Lucas J @ Proven Plumbing!

Did an excellent job and was very courteous.

Outstanding

They are very professional and polite. Show up when they say they will.

Quick to respond to request, easy to schedule, communicative throughout, friendly and thorough service.

Fantastic! Timely! Trustworthy! Beautiful job! We had a previous estimate from a plumbing company that would have cost us 4x the price because they tried to tell us we needed new toilets even though we just built our house 5 yrs ago!!! Love love love the professional service of Proven Plumbing!❤️

JD was the best, most knowledgeable technician for HVAC. He gave me plenty of pointers to keep the system in top shape.

Excellent Service. We will continue to use Proven Plumbing any time we need something fixed or installed in the way of plumbing. Chad is great. This company is very professional. Always on time and does a great job at a reasonable price. (this is the 2nd time we've used their services). I highly recommend them!

The guys came out and cleared a clog in our bathroom sinks / HVAC condensation drain lines. Fast and thorough work for a reasonable price, and they left no mess. I'll definitely call Proven again.

Proven was polite and professional, but they seemed to be more interested in providing a massive quote than fixing our problem. They spent a total of 45 minutes attempting to fix a clogged sink drain before giving us a quote for $13,000 to tunnel under the foundation and replace the drain pipe. No other options, no… Read full review

Techs were great! Answerd ever question and gave advise that made sense.

Came quickly and fixed my problem well

Always good & reliable & reasonable.

Richard and Victor showed up early, determined the problem, and replaced the water heater thermal expansion tank in a short period of time. We have use Proven for years and highly recommend them for high quality service at a reasonable price!

Clogged kitchen sink. Problem solved in no time.

I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, Zachary was here in a timely manner, and was very kind and professional. He was able to address the clogged issue quickly, fixed the problem, cleaned the area thoroughly, showed video of the issue, and left our bathroom in working condition. I would recommend Proven Plumbing and Zachary, 10/10!

Zack & Mike from proven plumbing came out today to fix our bathroom sink and were beyond friendly, knowledgeable and quick! Got right to the issue! I would recommend them every day of the week!

Today I had Zachary and Mike come out to my residence because of a clogged drain. It is a vanity that backs up to another vanity, so it was a tricky clog. Zachary and Mike were awesome and did fantastic work. It was explained to me what the issue was and why it likely occurred and measures that I could take to best… Read full review

Corey and Cameron came, diagnosed the clogged drain issue and fixed it in about 30 minutes. All for a reasonable price. Highly recommend using them.

Great company! Fair prices. They previously installed an osmosis system , so we gave them a call when we had problems with our sink drainage. Highly recommend!

The guys that showed up to unclog a backed up sewer main were extremely professional and super helpful.

Zach did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink and educating me about how things worked as he went. He was very knowledgeable and it was clear he has a passion for his job and doing it well. He spent as much time as needed to make sure he was totally sure the job was done well, even though it was after 6pm when… Read full review

my wife had just returned from a long flight from the other side of the world the previous evening and the ACe wasn’t working. Saturday now. Had a 12 hour window with McCullough and heard nothing by noon. After a misunderstanding, Mgr. Chelsea fixed it and said Brian could be there in 15 minutes . He was, he found a… Read full review

Excellent service; efficient and professional. My assigned crew were 5 star!

Great service!

We have used Proven Plumbing for years and have always had exceptional customer service and work done. Today, 4/15/26, was no different. Zachery showed up promptly (same day) and was very thorough with us. Teaching, showing and explaining so we could understand. He went above and beyond and found some things… Read full review

They did a great job. They gave me same-day service, which I wasn't expecting but needed. Enrique and Nate came to my house and couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. They figured out the problem and solved it very quickly. They brought their own booties so that they wouldn't track dirt through the house.… Read full review

good people to work with, responsible and get the job done

Excellent and courteous service.

Very professional, explained the issue in detail. I would recommend their services to friends and family.

Great service, very knowledgeable technician.

Zachary, the plumber and Jay, his apprentice showed up to unclog my kitchen sink on time. They were respectful of not only me, as a client, but my home as well. Zachary spoke and taught with kindness and respect and the job was finished in no time. They cleaned everything up and left things better than it was.… Read full review

Zachary C. arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and took care of our issue. I appreciate his willingness to think outside of the box as was necessary in our case. He took time during the repair to not only teach his apprentice but educate my wife and I during the process. Highly recommend!

I don’t leave reviews often, but I was impressed with the service I received. They not only removed clog with hydro jet, they saw pvc piping that needed replaced under sink. They took care of the matter for no extra charge. Hopefully won’t need a plumber for awhile but will call them in the event I do.

The crew leader, Efren, and his crew were outstanding. They arrived on time, fixed the problem (after trying several different options), and quoted a fair price for the work that was done. They also offered some maintenance options but didn’t push or force those options to up-sale a product or service.… Read full review

Emergency . Your company was suggested by neighbor.

Tim G did a great job. I had a clogged sewer line which, after some effort, he successfully cleared for me. He was very professional, explained what the problem was, and answered all my questions. I will definitely call again the next time I need a plumber.

Master plumber Enrique was great and he took time to explain the replacements options for water heater . He was very professional and extremely nice He cleaned up my sink drain clogging and bathroom tub clog at no cost (who does that ?) I am very thankful and they will be my plumbers moving forward Also pointed out… Read full review

The men that came to fix our sink were very polite, knowledgeable and most importantly had our clogged sink fixed quickly

Proven Plumbing has been my go to plumbers for 5+ years. They have done several jobs for me and I have been quite impressed with quality of work.

Very professional and courteous service. No surprise or hidden cost. Easy to schedule, and came on time.

Proven Plumbing is now on my short list of great local trades. Their office staff was great by phone and scheduled a technician quickly who arrived on time. Not only that but the work was done professionally and included advice on how I could maintain some of my plumbing systems more effectively. I would give them six stars if I could.

Excellent service…this is our go to plumbing company. Joe and the 2 other guys were amazing! So polite and thorough! I would recommend these guys for anyone looking for a trustworthy team!

Had an issue with my sink in the upstairs master bathroom dual sink vanity and after seeing water fill the sink without anyone even using it, decided it was time to find a plumber. After some searching and investigating across the internet, I sent out a message to a few well-rated local plumbing companies. Out of… Read full review

I've been using Proven for about 10 years for a variety of reasons and they been responsive, professional and great every time I use them. And they hire great people! Devin was the technician for my latest drainage issue and he was thorough and knowledgeable and a really nice guy. He also saved me about $1500! Thanks so much Proven and Devin!

Great service all around! They responded promptly and were on site with a couple hours. The crew were very professional and efficient and fixed the issue quickly. It was my first time using them but I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Very nice, helpful and got everything fixed.

Proven came out with 24 hours when we had an issue with out kitchen sink. They cleared a deep clog quickly and were great about explaining what everything would cost upfront. Really happy with our experience.

Blake was great! He is friendly and happy to explain everything as well as answering questions. He was a wealth of knowledge that helped me understand the whole system. Thank you!

01/07/25 Update- Brian was out to change a filter in our RO system. As always, the work was done perfectly and efficiently. Never disappointed with Proven! This company was fantastic! Called for a non-emergency drain cleaning and they were able to fit me in immediately. They were at the house within 15 min and… Read full review

Always great service!!

Awesome work as usual

Unclogged drain quickly.

Today is the second time this company found a very difficult problem and fixed it quickly. The last time we had a problem I had 4 plumbers come out before I called Proven. That time they found the problem and fixed it within 2 hours.

Arrived a little earlier than the scheduled time slot. Diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it quickly. Overall, I’m very happy with the service.

Making appointment was easy courteous scheduler, tech arrived as scheduled, figured out problem, explained what needed to be done, quoted price for job. Completed job and did a good job of cleaning work area.

Zack and Joe did a great job. Courteous and explained everything. Quickly finished job and good price.

Right on time, solved drain problem quickly, good price. Later they installed a water heater. Seem very honest and knowledgeable.

I called and within an hour a professional plumber was on site. He took off his shoes before entering the house and diagnosed and fixed the problem within the first hour. Thanks Lee for answering all my questions!!!

Easy to schedule, friendly, professional staff, arrived right on time and resolved my issue promptly.

As has been experienced in the past, Proven Plumbing did a great job...highly recommend them for any plumbing need.

Proven plumbing saves the day again. Fast, courteous service!

Responded quickly, friendly staff, no pressure tactics, good service. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Great service and they could easily solve our problem. Will definitely recommend them!

Proven Plumbing has great customer service and our plumber, James, arrived on time and took care of all of our plumbing issues. We are happy with the work done and the reasonable prices! We would highly recommend Proven Plumbing!

Enrique and Hector did a great job! The replacement parts I had from Moen turned out to be wrong and we had to get new parts from the hardware store. Enrique told us exactly what to get and stayed longer than expected to finish the job. I was very impressed by their excellent service.

Always friendly and on time!

Super pro service. I highly recommend Proven Plumbing.

Nice, experienced and very competent plumbers. Will def use again.

Called them to unclog a drain. They arrived same day and I was quoted a reasonable price. The clog turned out to need more work than first expected including getting different equipment and making an opening in the drain vent, but the price didn't change. I'm very happy with their service.

They did a great job on my sewage line. Digging out the line by the house went quickly and revealed the source of the leak. But figuring out why the rest of the line wouldn't drain took several hours (and several different tools). After a full afternoon of work, it's all acting as it should. Thanks!

Really reliable, professional, and competent guys who give good advice.

Explained everything, answered all questions, checked more areas than expected.

I needed different minor-to-mid plumbing tasks done on a house I just bought. They responded quickly over Yelp and we got in touch over the phone easily. We scheduled a visit for a free assessment for the next day, which was great. We went over everything, they explained what they would do and provided a quote by… Read full review

I've used Proven Plumbing for a few jobs and always been impressed with their work. They're fairly priced, on time, and get the job done. They're also very friendly and give advice to avoid future plumbing issues. Always recommend them to my friends and they're the first ones I call

I called this company based on the good reviews that they had. I have a company that we have used for years, but they could not get me on the schedule for a week. Proven Plumbing was able to get out the next day and on time. We were fortunate to get Joe to do our repairs. He was very polite, professional and… Read full review

did a good job, even came back a 2nd time to check line

Very responsive and professional. They were also very fast, which was appreciated since I had taken off work.

right on time. easy to work with. quick to complete the job!

5 stars! Proven plumbing came out within an hour of me calling and fixed our draining issue. This is the 2nd time we’ve used them and both times we have been pleased with their service and fair prices.

Alex was great. They took care of our plumbing issue fast and affordable. We will definitely all them is the future if we need service.

Alex was very professional and gave me the honest truth. He fixed my slow drain and informed me that the plumbing wasn't done correctly to begin with. He gave me an estimate for fixing it but no high pressure.

Always awesome, honest and so efficient! James and helpers are wonderful to work with. Thanks proven team and seriously so glad to have found you for all our plumbing needs!!

Proven plumbing saved the day. Very responsive, came out quickly and had our pipes working again quickly!

The entire staff I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Estimate one hour at $195 an hour. Ended up 2 hours to run 75ft small machine snake for $390. They said the drain is not completely clear, we could run the snake again maybe for 30 minutes or come back another time to continue at $195 an hour. Given that it ended up twice the estimate, the least they could have… Read full review

Highly recommend Proven Plumbing! They showed up when they said they would. They fixed my drain problem promptly. The two gentlemen that showed up were of utmost professional!

Great job very thankful for the quick response. Called at 11:00 and plumbers showed up by 1:30! Awesome and thank you

Our neighbor recommended Proven Plumbing so we called them because our hot water heater was leaking from the top. They were friendly on the phone and initially said they could come out between 3P-5P which worked for us. They called back to say they could actually come out between 12N-2P which worked even better.… Read full review

We have had Proven Plumbing come out on several occasions and every time they have been punctual, courteous, and efficient in dealing with a recurring issue we experience with our kitchen sink (to no fault of theirs). They are incredibly consistent with their service and I truly appreciate that.

These guys are top notch. We won't use anyone else. They showed up when they said they would. And the repairs were less than we anticipated.
