Proven Plumbing & Air

Danny G. replaced a shower cartridge and installed new fixtures. We could not have had a better plumber. Danny was extremely professional, friendly, competent and personable. Danny and Proven Plumbing are our plumbers for life! Thanks for all you have done for us! Mark and Cheryl G. in Leander

Both techs arrived on time and performed job in a professional and courteous manner.

Replaced a kitchen faucet that 2 previous plumbers thought was impossible without removing the 200 pound cast iron sink. Devin did the job by himself in less than an hour without removing the sink, and was very conscientious about making sure nothing, including the dishwasher and disposal, were not leaking.

On time, professional, worked fast, very personable technicians. Will definitely use again.

Richard & Victor did a great job. Both were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We’ve had great success using Proven and have no problem using Proven again or recommending them to anyone looking to have plumbing work done.

Zachary was awesome. Courteous efficient and respectful. What he said or promised happened efficiently and accurately.

Professional plumbers that charge by the job not the hour. Affordable!

Great and professional service. Reasonable cost, flawless execution! Thank you Efren!

We used Proven Plumbing for kitchen faucet installation and Zachary did an exceptional service. Thankful for a good job done!

Chad & Mike were competent, courteous, and went the extra mile to complete the installation.

My go to for all plumbing related for more than a decade. Professional and courteous.

The technicians really upset me. They had the job done in 10 minutes. I would have spent a few hours, and taken at least 2 or 3 trips to Home Depot to do it myself. I probably would have twisted the pipe coming out of the wall, and had to call them anyway. They had the best price around and they could not have… Read full review

Zachary from Proven Plumbing was fantastic. Came in, super friendly, no nonsense, got to work immediately. Identified the problem and fixed it. Pricing was super clear and straightforward. I was getting ridiculous quotes from others just to investigate the problem. These guys found the problem and fixed it for less… Read full review

Highly recommend Proven Plumbing, especially Enrique. He was professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and best of all, did not try to upsell me. He came out for a free on-site estimate, explained everything clearly, and even saved me money on my water heater by not recommending unnecessary repairs. Replacing… Read full review

Blake and Juan, to the rescue!!! After a long remodel that started with a cracked pipe, all I wanted was to move back into my house, but my contractor left me without working plumbing. I called Proven and they came out right away, were very gracious in spite of my tired and grumpy state, listened to my needs and… Read full review

Enrique Chavez was the technician who inspected the toilets, tub spout, and tub cartridge. His evaluation was very thorough and he explained everything clearly, and in detail. Due to the age of the toilets (2003), he suggested that new ones would be more "cost effective" than trying to repair the existing units. I… Read full review

I had a leaking hose bib that I tried to remove myself but I was afraid of damaging the copper pipe and having extensive repairs to do inside the wall so I called on Friday and they said that the soonest they could come out would be Monday. About 30 minutes later I am in the garage and their van pulls up and I was… Read full review

Had a copper hot water line rupture in the slab. Enrique inspected and offered several repair options. Returned with Manny a few days later and rerouted through the attic in PEX. it was a tough job. They completed in a full day. Did an excellent job; I am very happy with the results. Highly recommended; I will definitely use again.

Called one day and they scheduled a service call the next day. Lee did the work and he was very cordial and knowledgeable.

Had our water heater go out over the weekend and emailed Louie. He responded promptly and his crew came out Monday to replace the unit. Professional prompt service at a fair price is always appreciated!

Installed Kitchen faucet … guys were awesome.

Wow! Proven Plumbing has just added our area (78733) to their services. I heard back from them immediately after completing an online service request, and was scheduled for the next day. The plumber was right on time, made quick and efficient work of replacing an outside leaky faucet, all for a very reasonable price. Yay!

Their response time was quick after my inquiry and they were able to schedule me next day. Their technicians answered all my questions and were friendly, professional, and efficient! Their price was competitive and reasonable as well…can’t ask for anything more.

Have used them a few times. Their plumbers was very professional. Enrique provided a quote for a new water heater after our water heater started leaking. No sales tactics, just a simple all inclusive quote.Came by next day to install the water heater, no hidden charges or fees. Same thing with a toilet replacement… Read full review

Quick fast professional service

Arrived on time, friendly and knowledgeable and quality service! Would recommend and will call Proven Plumbing next time we need a plumber.

They always do a great job!

They came back after they just left because I thought I had a problem. I didn’t but they came right back and explained everything again and they were very nice about it. I felt terrible about asking them back but they said no problem. Great doing business with them. I would definitely recommend them.

Always my go-to! Totally trustworthy

Lee and Nolan worked diligently to replace my 40-year-old faucet. It wasn’t easy, but they stuck with it and had great attitudes. I definitely recommend Proven Plumbing.

Super pro service. I highly recommend Proven Plumbing.

My 2nd time to use them - great service and great people.

Great job from start to finish. On time, tool shoes off, explained the process, worked in a timely manner, discussed price before doing the work. Joe is very good with people and his trade. I will definitely use them again. Cash discount! We replaced the old faucets in the bathroom.

I needed different minor-to-mid plumbing tasks done on a house I just bought. They responded quickly over Yelp and we got in touch over the phone easily. We scheduled a visit for a free assessment for the next day, which was great. We went over everything, they explained what they would do and provided a quote by… Read full review
