Proven Plumbing & Air

Zachary came same day and fixed a bad faucet install from another plumber. He quickly found all their mistakes and left it looking like new. He's friendly, knowledgeable and humble. I would recommend Proven Plumbing to anyone from here on out. A good plumber is hard to find.

Zachary and Kevin came and installed a PRV and basically tuned up my entire house. Genuinely really great and thorough work.

Nolan did a great job installing my bathroom faucet.

I was pleasantly surprised by my technician today. Zach with Proven Plumbing exceeded my expectations. I have never dealt with a technician that was so polite, experienced, and helpful. He went above and beyond and I would definitely ask for him again. Thank you Zach for getting our kitchen back, you ROCK!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Appointment was easy to set up. I could track the arrival time on my phone. My technician, Efren D, took the time to look at the job (old, leaky exterior hose spigots), explain the options and potential complications. His work was efficient and effective. Would 100% recommend and call again!

The techs showed up in their time slot, and were cordial from the time they arrived, until the time they left. The knowledge was there to address all our problems. Our plumbing problems weren’t major, but care and urgency were still applied to our situation.

I've had a great experience with your service recently. Everything has been handled efficiently and professionally—thanks for the help!

I used the company for my plumbing issues several times and has text them twice at late night and Sunday weekend. They were always helpful. The technicians came to my house were knowledgeable. Nice services!

Replaced a kitchen faucet that 2 previous plumbers thought was impossible without removing the 200 pound cast iron sink. Devin did the job by himself in less than an hour without removing the sink, and was very conscientious about making sure nothing, including the dishwasher and disposal, were not leaking.

The work was done at a reasonable price. The plumber was friendly and efficient. Very pleased.

Zachary C. came today to look at the many plumbing issues I have. He was thorough and knowledgeable in troubleshooting and describing to me what work would be needed. He performed some of the work today and told me ahead of time that he would have to finish the remainder tomorrow. He was kind and well-mannered and very good with my dogs!

Found the problem and resolved it quickly and efficiently. On time and very respectful.

Lucas did a great job. He was polite and professional.

The plumber from Proven was great. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Good job!

Richard and Victor did a top notch repair

We have found Proven Plumbing to be very responsive to our plumbing needs. We were very grateful to have our plumbing issues fixed the next day after we called. Our hose bib going to the pool's autofill was stuck in the on position & since the autofill was also broken, our pool water rose to flood height. Proven… Read full review

Devin did a great job

Today… on June 19th 2026 … Talmage and Nathan came to fix our bathroom faucet…. The knob we pull up for Shower came off.. Talmage fixed it and Nathan was so good .. when I requested if he can change the light bulb on our porch .. we are seniors and didn’t want to get up on the ladder… he was so kind enough to do it.… Read full review

AI bot scheduled via website after hours. Timely response and good repair. Priced on the high end, but worth it. Would definitely recommend!

I had a shower cartridge replaced. I had the part and the puller and had it all put back together but the handle wouldn’t turn after my own install. They came in and adjusted a small piece and put the handle back on after lining it up. Took him 5 minutes and said no charge. Great customer service and this is why I… Read full review

Nolan was on time and professional. I had a positive experience with this business.

Zachary came out and fixed two plumbing issues for us perfectly. He communicated about the problems and fixes and made great suggestions without upselling like so many other companies. Zachary is welcome to work on my plumbing every time it needs work! We need his type of honesty and hard work in more people in my opinion

Had a leaky toilet and a bathroom faucet at a rental property that needed to be replaced. The plumber was able to fix the toilet issue without cost. No service charge is great, but the overall cost to replace the bathroom faucet, with me providing the faucet, seemed kind of high, just like everything these days.… Read full review

While I was happy they came 1st thing in the morning the day after Thanksgiving and got the job done quickly, before they left I went back to check and the cupboard was damaged! They didn't even tell me! Granted, it was soggy and they had to lean on it, they should have said something when it happened and at least… Read full review

Zachary arrived on time. Did a through inspection of all the plumbing challenges we were having, and provided a great explanation and a variety of options. Courteous and professional. We will always ask for Zachary.

Technicians were friendly and left their work areas cleaned. Bathtub faucet repair was perfectly fine. I am disappointed with their repairs to my two hose bibs. they replaced them quickly, but did not disclose that they replaced the standard globe valves with ball valves which are virtually impossible to control… Read full review

As always, great, timely response and service for a small leak in our kitchen ceiling (coming from a damaged cartridge behind our shower faucet). Fixed quickly and cleanly. We've used Proven for the last 5 plumbing jobs and will not be going anywhere else. 11 out of 10.

Very prompt and neat and clean service. All details explained. Returned with parts to finish work. We are very happy. Will use them again. Zachary C. was our most excellent plumber!

Very happy with this company, their pricing and service. Glad to refer family and friends.

I contacted Proven Plumbing about my frozen bathroom sink water valve and supply lines. I’m a pretty handy DIY guy, but I knew this one needed heat and I didn’t want to risk causing more damage. I was impressed that they got me an appointment the same day—just a couple of hours later—and the entire job was finished… Read full review

Zachary C. arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and took care of our issue. I appreciate his willingness to think outside of the box as was necessary in our case. He took time during the repair to not only teach his apprentice but educate my wife and I during the process. Highly recommend!

Zachary C came out to replace two hose bibs and install a disposal. He was very polite, competent and respectful. Did an awesome job. Went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I Received a recommendation from my neighbor for Proven Plumbing. I needed my bathtub faucet replaced. I had a quote from another worker at another company who I had used before a buyout and a name change. Super pleased with my experience with Proven. This is my second experience with Proven. Once again excellent service and Tim and Nathan were super friendly and repaired my leak in record time.

I had an excellent experience working with this team. Their work is high-quality and ethically handled, all at a very reasonable price point. Sam, in particular, was fantastic to deal with—professional, transparent.

Very professional and courteous service. No surprise or hidden cost. Easy to schedule, and came on time.

Proven Plumbing responded to my call by immediately sending a technician to ascertain the work needed to be done. The technician. Dakota Montgomery, was prompt, courteous, efficient, and honest. No fee to come to give an estimate (which was surprisingly low), no attempt to take advantage of my ignorance of plumbing… Read full review

Blake and Juan, to the rescue!!! After a long remodel that started with a cracked pipe, all I wanted was to move back into my house, but my contractor left me without working plumbing. The worker is rude and not patient. Did not answer my question. Feel not respected at all Very different from my experience with your company last time.

They knew what they were doing and when repair required part replacement they gave me good advice and recommendations for repairing the problems at hand … they are PROVEN!

Enrique was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. . Will definitely use him again.

Professional, knowledgeable, High Quality, Honest, Fast, Efficient, plumbers that I have used for over 5 years now. They are the only plumbers I trust with all of my homes plumbing.

Love Proven Plumbing. Completely trustworthy and quality work beyond expectations.

Really great experience. Enrique is very knowledgeable, professional, personable and skilled. Had the part needed so it was done quicker than I thought it would. Also gave me good advice moving forward. Much thanks!

Wow! Proven Plumbing has just added our area (78733) to their services. I heard back from them immediately after completing an online service request, and was scheduled for the next day. The plumber was right on time, made quick and efficient work of replacing an outside leaky faucet, all for a very reasonable price. Yay!

Their response time was quick after my inquiry and they were able to schedule me next day. Their technicians answered all my questions and were friendly, professional, and efficient! Their price was competitive and reasonable as well…can’t ask for anything more.

Have used them a few times. Their plumbers was very professional. Enrique provided a quote for a new water heater after our water heater started leaking. Crew came in and did the job right. Came within 20 min and took care of multiple issues - faucet rusted out - replaced with new faucet and snaked drain that had kid slime in it - done quickly and I highly recommend this company.

Responsive. Good quality work. Five star pricing.

I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner and they showed up on time for both visits. I really appreciated the attempt to first fix the toilet in their first trip rather than just trying to sell me a new toilet. They were able to fix my shower faucet and replace several water cut-off valves on the first… Read full review

This was our third job with Proven as we are remodeling 1970's bathrooms. Communications are superb, and the work is excellent quality.

Jacob did an excellent job installing our kitchen faucet. He also provided advice on potential issues with the aluminum outdoor hose connections. I will continue to make Proven my go to plumbers.

Proven sent two plumbers on time. And super friendly! They were great and fixed everything that they were able to on the spot. They will come back for the things they need parts for. They gave me quotes immediately for everything. Very professional and very reasonably priced. I will be referring them 100% to anyone… Read full review

Best $$ I've spent this year. They took care of everything.

Quick fast professional service

Enrique and Hector did a great job! The replacement parts I had from Moen turned out to be wrong and we had to get new parts from the hardware store. Enrique told us exactly what to get and stayed longer than expected to finish the job. I was very impressed by their excellent service.

Quick and professional.

Great plumbers and always a fair price. The plumber figured out the problem with my toilet (after 12 years and a ton of other plumbers!) You won't go wrong with this group.
