The techs showed up in their time slot, and were cordial from the time they arrived, until the time they left. The knowledge was there to address all our problems. Our plumbing problems weren’t major, but care and urgency were still applied to our situation.

Great Team, fast, quick and were able to identify the issue right away. Highly recommend them.

Replaced a kitchen faucet that 2 previous plumbers thought was impossible without removing the 200 pound cast iron sink. Devin did the job by himself in less than an hour without removing the sink, and was very conscientious about making sure nothing, including the dishwasher and disposal, were not leaking.

Efren who came over to diagnose a leak in our kitchen was great. He clearly explained our options and gave some suggestions on what we should do next to figure out the exact cause. Even though we did not figure out the root cause I felt like I have been given great information to further look into the issue.

This was a tough muddy, dirty job with a leaking water main in 100 degree sunny spot. Th guys worked hard and kept a great attitude through out the whole job. I always have great results with Proven when it comes to my plumbing needs.

Proven Plumbing & Air did a great job in identifying the source of water on the carpet. They actually offered to diagnose it for free, but out of an abundance of caution, I decided to pay a little to have them take up the carpet to confirm their diagnosis.

Danny G was on time and very thorough. He took the time to answer my questions and fixed the problem with my water heater leak detector.
