The techs showed up in their time slot, and were cordial from the time they arrived, until the time they left. The knowledge was there to address all our problems. Our plumbing problems weren’t major, but care and urgency were still applied to our situation.

Great Team, fast, quick and were able to identify the issue right away. Highly recommend them.

Replaced a kitchen faucet that 2 previous plumbers thought was impossible without removing the 200 pound cast iron sink. Devin did the job by himself in less than an hour without removing the sink, and was very conscientious about making sure nothing, including the dishwasher and disposal, were not leaking.

Excellent Service. We will continue to use Proven Plumbing any time we need something fixed or installed in the way of plumbing. Chad is great. This company is very professional. Efren who came over to diagnose a leak in our kitchen was great. He clearly explained our options and gave some suggestions on what we should do next to figure out the exact cause. Even though we did not figure out the root cause I felt like I have been given great information to further look into the issue.

This was a tough muddy, dirty job with a leaking water main in 100 degree sunny spot. Th guys worked hard and kept a great attitude through out the whole job. I always have great results with Proven when it comes to my plumbing needs.

Proven Plumbing & Air did a great job in identifying the source of water on the carpet. They actually offered to diagnose it for free, but out of an abundance of caution, I decided to pay a little to have them take up the carpet to confirm their diagnosis.

Talmage was professional & took the time to explain options & what he was doing after a burst pipe

Danny G was on time and very thorough. He took the time to answer my questions and fixed the problem with my water heater leak detector.

Found the problem and resolved it quickly and efficiently. On time and very respectful.

The guys were helpful in diagnosing the leak issue even though we did not get to the core reason. They eliminated some of the possibilities.

Danny showed on time and fully prepared. Took care of my issues and was done and gone. Couldn't ask for anything better. Brought the right parts first time. Kudos for having an apprentice and teaching him the trades. Price within the typical range.

Best and fastest and most skilled plumbers I've ever had really good price. If you kind of don't know what prices should be and you're nervous about maybe getting taken you go with these guys as of June 1st 2026 they're also driving a fleet of electric vans so they're very good ecologically like that.

Anthony & Christine did a great job installing new toilets. They were pleasant, efficient, & left the bathrooms clean after the job. We were very pleased.

As always, great, timely response and service for a small leak in our kitchen ceiling (coming from a damaged cartridge behind our shower faucet). Fixed quickly and cleanly. We've used Proven for the last 5 plumbing jobs and will not be going anywhere else. 11 out of 10.

Technicians were very professional, friendly, and seemed to know what they were doing. I was very happy with their work.

They did a water leak job last summer and now I suddenly knew the charge me 5 times of the average price. That's thousands of dollars... They had done the job well but the cost is unacceptable. Please don't choose them if you are cost sensitive.

Excellent service and professionalism.

We had Proven come out for HVAC and plumbing issues and both technicians were awesome. They diagnosed the problem quickly, provided a fair price and fixed it expeditiously. 10/10 will use them again in the future.

The guys did a great job diagnosing the dripping faucet! They replaced a part quickly, and the dripping stopped. Would definitely use this company again!

This company came to my house twice for a possible broken pipe. My lawn was really wet. They found a leak with the sprinkler system. They do not work on sprinklers But they told me what to do. They did not charge me anything for their service. I can’t say enough good things about ga about this company. They are first class and honest!

Came out next day and repaired the pipe leak without any issues. Pleased with quick turnaround
