Excellent experience from start to finish. Appointment was easy to set up. I could track the arrival time on my phone. My technician, Efren D, took the time to look at the job (old, leaky exterior hose spigots), explain the options and potential complications. His work was efficient and effective. Replaced a kitchen faucet that 2 previous plumbers thought was impossible without removing the 200 pound cast iron sink. Devin did the job by himself in less than an hour without removing the sink, and was very conscientious about making sure nothing, including the dishwasher and disposal, were not leaking.
