Danny did a quick, on time, excellent job with my toilet repair. He explained what was happening and gave me the price before doing the work. The military discount was greatly appreciated.

Jacob went to great lengths to make sure everything was functioning properly before he left. He payed attention to detail and instructed his helper as he worked. I was very pleased.

Talmadge came in, diagnosed the problem, secured whatever was needed and solved, all for the price agreed upon.

We’ve been using Proven for years. They’ve been fast, reliable, and reasonable - that is until 8/21/26. We needed the internals of our toilet replaced - specifically, the drain seal. The only day during the week we could book them was when my wife was home. The plumber showed up and asked how old the toilet is. My… Read full review

Zachary C. came today to look at the many plumbing issues I have. He was thorough and knowledgeable in troubleshooting and describing to me what work would be needed. He performed some of the work today and told me ahead of time that he would have to finish the remainder tomorrow. He was kind and well-mannered and very good with my dogs!

They were affordable, they came out the very next day, and they fixed the issue very quickly. Communication was excellent from start to finish.

The service was good

First rate service. Solved the plumbing problem. Other plumbers had been unable to resolve.

I've used Proven a couple times over the last few months, and have always been left impressed and feeling better. The toilet replacement went well. Don and David showed up early and were done quickly. Very pleased!

Zachary was efficient, quickly diagnosing the issues and suggesting fixes, and finished two projects in less than two hours. Very polite, very clean, nice guy! Would work with him again for sure.

Had a leaky toilet and a bathroom faucet at a rental property that needed to be replaced. The plumber was able to fix the toilet issue without cost. No service charge is great, but the overall cost to replace the bathroom faucet, with me providing the faucet, seemed kind of high, just like everything these days.… Read full review

Richard and his assistant were on time, knowledgeable and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

I am always happy with your service and this last one had me ask for my tech to come back out after a flapper replacement. Found the water continuously filling my toilet. But, scheduling the tech back out to replace the flapper again was quick. He kept trying to upgrade my fairly new toilet along with my older… Read full review

Chad and his apprentice did great work, replacing a garbage disposal and a toilet tank. They’re friendly, explain all options, provide estimates up front, and the work is well done. This is the second time we’ve used Proven and they’re our go-to company.

Zachary from Proven Plumbing was fantastic. Came in, super friendly, no nonsense, got to work immediately. Identified the problem and fixed it. Pricing was super clear and straightforward. Great job very professional

Zachary C and Mike were fantastic. They were professional and produced high quality work. They were respectful of the house. Zachary provide clear description of the what he was going to do, then took pictures and explained the bill. Couldn’t think of a better experience.

They adjusted a tub faucet that they installed 6 months ago and did not charge me for that service. Had a toilet that was backing up and they scheduled to do a video of the line but quickly determined that the issues was some plastic floss picks that had gotten flushed and didn’t need the more expensive camera service. Very pleased with this group

I had a leaky toilet problem and Proven Plumbing sent Zach C and Nick out the next morning. Zach gave me a quick diagnosis, options, and estimates. Some repair and prevention maintenance were badly needed. They quickly made the repairs and were very friendly and informative the whole time. Very respectful guys.

Zachary C and Michael are a great team. They diagnosed our issues with both toilets and promptly fixed each. Very pleased with the outcomes and delightful pair to work with.

Update: My previous experiences were great. This lastest one not so much. I accidentally broke my cannisters flush valve while trying to install a bidet myself. The guy said I should probably also update my handle to a metal one. Well I get the quote and they want to charge me $485!! $180 for the repair. $155 for… Read full review
