Zachary C. came today to look at the many plumbing issues I have. He was thorough and knowledgeable in troubleshooting and describing to me what work would be needed. He performed some of the work today and told me ahead of time that he would have to finish the remainder tomorrow. He was kind and well-mannered and very good with my dogs!

Zachary C and Mike were fantastic. They were professional and produced high quality work. They were respectful of the house. Zachary provide clear description of the what he was going to do, then took pictures and explained the bill. Couldn’t think of a better experience.

They adjusted a tub faucet that they installed 6 months ago and did not charge me for that service. Had a toilet that was backing up and they scheduled to do a video of the line but quickly determined that the issues was some plastic floss picks that had gotten flushed and didn’t need the more expensive camera service. Very pleased with this group

I had a leaky toilet problem and Proven Plumbing sent Zach C and Nick out the next morning. Zach gave me a quick diagnosis, options, and estimates. My goto plumbing guy and now AC husy. . Honest fast and fair every time. Had them repair a toilet once and they didn’t overcharge . Switched out my water heater and just fixed a stuck crusted water valve. Recently had them check out my folks AC and they replaced a capacitor and blower motor for a lot less than other guys. Proven plumbing replaced my rusted toilet flange and re-installed the toilet for $100 less than my other estimate. They even replaced my supply line after inspecting it and didn't increase the charge. Great service, very friendly. Definitely recommend them.
