We made contact on the website at 11pm on Friday and had a new water heater installed by noon on Saturday. The installation was very professional and we couldn’t be happier!

Could not have been happier with the whole process,. Zach came out yesterday and gave us a bid. We thought it was reasonable and went with it.

Water heater leaking all over. They were incredibly responsive and had a technician out almost immediately. Hot water system was back up and running that afternoon. Very informative, kept me up to date.

I had a great experience with Proven Plumbing and Air. They replaced the water heater in my attic for the price I was quoted and were $1700 less expensive than the ridiculous quote I received from one of their competitors. Richard and the other gentleman worked quickly, kept the area clean and explained the whole process well. Great experience overall.

Proven plumbing came out to give us an estimate for a new tankless water heater. Had a water leak above my hot water heater. Called Proven and they came out the same day got it fixed at a fair price, cleaned up and removed all old parts and did it in a reasonable amount of time. I am glad I found a plumber I can count on. I will definitely use them again and would love to have the same guys.

Just had a new hot water heater installed to replace an 18 year old unit. Lucas explained all the available options, we agreed to the terms and he and Mile were back shortly with the new tank and parts. They did the new install in about an hour and a half! They cleaned up the job site meticulously and were done before noon- great work as usual!

Called Proven Plumbing & Air to look at why my tankless water heater wasn't heating water. They came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, and communicated the options clearly. When I approved the work to be done, it was done all the same day. I am very well pleased with the company and the technician that worked at my home. 100% recommended!

I had a sewer drain replaced, a new water heater installed and other bits and pieces fixed. I also had an emergency burst pipe from foundation work. Efren and his team dealt with it all and were awesome!!! I will definitely be getting my service from them in the future!
