We made contact on the website at 11pm on Friday and had a new water heater installed by noon on Saturday. The installation was very professional and we couldn’t be happier!

Could not have been happier with the whole process,. Zach came out yesterday and gave us a bid. We thought it was reasonable and went with it.

I had a great experience with Proven Plumbing and Air. They replaced the water heater in my attic for the price I was quoted and were $1700 less expensive than the ridiculous quote I received from one of their competitors. Richard and the other gentleman worked quickly, kept the area clean and explained the whole process well. Great experience overall.

Had a water leak above my hot water heater. Called Proven and they came out the same day got it fixed at a fair price, cleaned up and removed all old parts and did it in a reasonable amount of time. I am glad I found a plumber I can count on. I will definitely use them again and would love to have the same guys.

Just had a new hot water heater installed to replace an 18 year old unit. Lucas explained all the available options, we agreed to the terms and he and Mile were back shortly with the new tank and parts. They did the new install in about an hour and a half! They cleaned up the job site meticulously and were done before noon- great work as usual!

Called Proven Plumbing & Air to look at why my tankless water heater wasn't heating water. They came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, and communicated the options clearly. When I approved the work to be done, it was done all the same day. I am very well pleased with the company and the technician that worked at my home. 100% recommended!

Zachary and Mike did a great job on water heater installation. The work has been done very well for 2-3 hours to install 2 water heaters and the team made sure of the functions and explained in detail how it was installed. And the work place kept to be clean. Appreciate it again

Good but expensive

When we discovered our 12 year old water heater in the attic was leaking, I called Proven as we had used them before and were happy with their service. They had a new water heater installed within hours and we had hot water that afternoon. We are extremely happy with the speed and quality of the service.

Service was outstanding but $1700 for 2 hours of work? I don't think Proven Plumbing is alone in overcharging. Must be a shortage of plumbers.

These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of properly.

This was an amazing experience! The Proven team was able to get us a new water heater the same day we called. Then, Efren was a friendly, polite and very thorough technician, who went above and beyond to ensure our home was at 100%. We’ll definitely be calling these folks again! 👍🏾

We were so pleased with how quickly Proven Plumbing was able to respond to our hot water heater issue. Zach and Victor were friendly and efficient. Both water heaters were removed and new ones installed in under 3 hours. They walked us through the maintenance schedule and ensured that the water was working well before leaving.

I was really happy with our plumber Chad but unfortunately I forgot the other guy's name, maybe started with a J. They were both so kind and happy to explain everything. They were able to come the same day and got the work done quickly. Don't hesitate to call these guys!
