Proven Plumbing & Air

We made contact on the website at 11pm on Friday and had a new water heater installed by noon on Saturday. The installation was very professional and we couldn’t be happier!

Could not have been happier with the whole process,. Zach came out yesterday and gave us a bid. We thought it was reasonable and went with it.

Richard and Victor were great, on time, quick and professional. Highly recommended

RIchard Shingleton is an outstanding tradesman and craftsperson. He came out to give me a quote on replacing a 23 year old water heater. Not only were they on time, they were actually a few minutes early for their window with no pressure on me at all. He gave me a no nonsense competitive quote, flat rate, no… Read full review

Good prices and excellent technicians. Recommened to us by a local handyman. Efren was great.

Proven Plumbing is one of the best companies to work with in the Austin - Cedar Park - Roundrock - Leander area. They are very responsive and are very professional in executing their work. Their customer service is also excellent. I would always recommend them as my first choice for plumbing projects.

good job

Hired these guys to come install a new water heater and water softener. I also hired them to do some maintenance on my air conditioner. I had a great experience with Proven Plumbing and Air. They replaced the water heater in my attic for the price I was quoted and were $1700 less expensive than the ridiculous quote I received from one of their competitors. Richard and the other gentleman worked quickly, kept the area clean and explained the whole process well. Great experience overall.

Proven plumbing came out to give us an estimate for a new tankless water heater. I appreciated that they kept with the same maker we currently had so that piping as stuff would not have to be redone (definitely was money saving). The process was very fast and easy. Our technician Richard seemed quite knowledgeable… Read full review

Had a water leak above my hot water heater. Called Proven and they came out the same day got it fixed at a fair price, cleaned up and removed all old parts and did it in a reasonable amount of time. I am glad I found a plumber I can count on. I will definitely use them again and would love to have the same guys.

Just had a new hot water heater installed to replace an 18 year old unit. Lucas explained all the available options, we agreed to the terms and he and Mile were back shortly with the new tank and parts. They did the new install in about an hour and a half! They cleaned up the job site meticulously and were done before noon- great work as usual!

Very good work !!!

I've had two water heaters installed by them. They are a great company to work with and stand by their work.

Called Proven Plumbing & Air to look at why my tankless water heater wasn't heating water. They came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, and communicated the options clearly. When I approved the work to be done, it was done all the same day. I am very well pleased with the company and the technician that worked at my home. 100% recommended!

Called Proven Plumbing and got service the next day. Donald was extremely professional and the service was very affordable!

I had a sewer drain replaced, a new water heater installed and other bits and pieces fixed. I also had an emergency burst pipe from foundation work. Efren and his team dealt with it all and were awesome!!! I will definitely be getting my service from them in the future!

We’ve worked with Proven Plumbing a few times over the past two years. Each service call has been a great experience, professional technicians and very competitive pricing. They have a great system set up for appointments and response time. Donald was polite and knowledgeable (about plumbing) and the price for the new water heater was reasonable. HOWEVER, when the water heater was hooked back up, it would not power up and the technician did not know why. So, I had to call an… Read full review

Zachary and Mike did a great job on water heater installation. The work has been done very well for 2-3 hours to install 2 water heaters and the team made sure of the functions and explained in detail how it was installed. And the work place kept to be clean. Appreciate it again

Good but expensive

When we discovered our 12 year old water heater in the attic was leaking, I called Proven as we had used them before and were happy with their service. They had a new water heater installed within hours and we had hot water that afternoon. We are extremely happy with the speed and quality of the service.

Service was outstanding but $1700 for 2 hours of work? I don't think Proven Plumbing is alone in overcharging. Must be a shortage of plumbers.

These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of properly.

This was an amazing experience! The Proven team was able to get us a new water heater the same day we called. Then, Efren was a friendly, polite and very thorough technician, who went above and beyond to ensure our home was at 100%. We’ll definitely be calling these folks again! 👍🏾

We were so pleased with how quickly Proven Plumbing was able to respond to our hot water heater issue. Zach and Victor were friendly and efficient. Both water heaters were removed and new ones installed in under 3 hours. They walked us through the maintenance schedule and ensured that the water was working well before leaving.

Very prompt service. Efficient, knowledgeable, and professional technicians highly recommend.

Proven Plumbing is the best! They have serviced our home and businesses for several years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always responsive, does great work, no problems. Have used them for several plumbing issues.

Highly recommend! Had great experience with water heater replacement. Fair price compared to other larger companies and great customer service. Ask for Zach!

Great Price, Friendly people and Fast Service!

Amazing service. Friendly crew. Quality work. Fair price. What more do you want?

Great service from Zachary C today and I've had a good experience with Proven Plumbing both times I've had to call them.

Water heater was leaking. Called and they came out the same day and replaced it. Zero problems with the service, and the price was exactly what they quoted me. Highly recommend!

The company did a great job of helping me to choose the right water heater and then installing it very professionally. I will use them again.

The technician EV Brian, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He provided honest feedback, clearly identified the issue, and did not try to upsell unnecessary services. I truly appreciated his transparency and integrity. I’m very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend their services to others.

Devin was great!

I was trying to get my water heater replaced through AHS. However, the plumbing company assigned gave me a huge out-of-pocket expense quote for installing a lower quality water heater. They were going to charge me for stuff that is a standard install for a new water heater :-(. Instead i took the cash out from AHS… Read full review

Got a water heater quote over the phone (I already knew what I needed), Proven came in 30% under other reputable providers, even with the exact same equipment. Scheduled a quick replacement on a Saturday, handled the work professionally and on time, charged exactly what they quoted. Couldn’t be happier

I got up to find I did not have hot water. Proven Plumbing came out that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and installed a new hot water heater the same day. By 8PM that evening, I had hot water.

This is the second time I’ve had an excellent experience with Proven Plumbing. Nolan and Lucas were fantastic—they clearly explained the process for replacing the hot water heater and then got straight to work. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Enrique was able to help me out the next day when my old water heater failed. They were fast, polite, their price was fair (I called around and many competitors wouldn't even quote me the base price over the phone) and their workmanship was tidy. I would definitely use them again!

My water heater sprung a massive leak in the days leading up to Christmas but I called Proven and they were out within 20 minutes and within another 20 were back with a replacement and had it installed in a jiffy. Great, speedy service. 100% would recommend.

Proven Plumbing did an amazing job for us. They answered the phone late on a Friday night and had someone out first thing Saturday morning to check our water heater. They replaced it same day and the pricing was fair. The techs that came out were kind and made sure the floors were clean when they were done. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this company for their pricing, ethics, and overall experience.

My goto plumbing guy and now AC husy. . Honest fast and fair every time. Had them repair a toilet once and they didn’t overcharge . Switched out my water heater and just fixed a stuck crusted water valve. Recently had them check out my folks AC and they replaced a capacitor and blower motor for a lot less than other guys.
