Proven Plumbing & Air

I have used Proven for my plumbing needs in the past, and today I was able to make an appointment to have a technician come out to my house on the same day. Zachary arrived promptly, listened to my concerns, explained clearly what he would need to do, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

They are very professional and polite. Show up when they say they will.

Knew exactly what the problem was looking at the pictures and took care of it in probably 5 to 10 minutes! Great communicator!

Richard and Victor showed up early, determined the problem, and replaced the water heater thermal expansion tank in a short period of time. We have use Proven for years and highly recommend them for high quality service at a reasonable price!

I've worked with them before and there always quick and effective. Very reasonable prices and professional!

Efran and Mike showed up right on time, identified and solved the problem within minutes. After they finished the descale, Efran then put clamps around the hoses that had been bent to help prevent the probem in the future. These guys are very good, very professional, and very down to earth. Proven is now our go-to plumber!

Zachary did a great job and gave me a ton of info on some questions I had. Did a water heater inspection and flush. I have used Proven on multiple instances and have always had a great experience.

Proven Plumbing is a first class company from start to finish. The service request was handled by Amber? with a friendly attitude and a thorough explanationof exactly what to expect. The field technician was also friendly and described exactly what his tasks would entail. Very professional!

They are reasonably priced compared to other plumbing companies and I was satisfied with the work that was completed. Additionally, they gave a free estimate without a service visit fee. I would have given them 5 stars but didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t given a 3% cash/check discount as advertised when I used my debit card.

Prompt response when called for service. Available appointment time working with my schedule. Nolan was very professional and attentive listener to my description of concerns. Upon completion I was asked to walk thru each repair for verification and approval.

Proven plumbing arrived quickly when I had a leak, fixed it and helped me to communicate with my insurance company. The plumber, Chad, was professional and helpful. Cost was very reasonable, I was happily surprised. Will definitely use them in the future.
