I have used Proven for my plumbing needs in the past, and today I was able to make an appointment to have a technician come out to my house on the same day. Zachary arrived promptly, listened to my concerns, explained clearly what he would need to do, and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
They are very professional and polite. Show up when they say they will.
Knew exactly what the problem was looking at the pictures and took care of it in probably 5 to 10 minutes! Great communicator!
Professional, timely, and affordable service. Addressed problem and resolved it quickly. Will go to them for any future plumbing needs!
I didn’t have any hot water and Proven sent Zach out asap. He arrived promptly and was able to fix my issue right away. He was extremely polite, very informative and knowledgeable. He asked if I needed anything else or had any questions while he was here. I asked about our water pressure and he did a quick test to…
I can't recommend these guys enough. They scheduled me immediately, showed up ahead of schedule, fixed what turned out to be a minor problem, told me what my future problems were likely to be, offered multiple estimates to meet those problems. And they didn't charge me anything. Instead, they told me how to fix it…
Richard and Victor showed up early, determined the problem, and replaced the water heater thermal expansion tank in a short period of time. We have use Proven for years and highly recommend them for high quality service at a reasonable price!
I've worked with them before and there always quick and effective. Very reasonable prices and professional!
Efran and Mike showed up right on time, identified and solved the problem within minutes. After they finished the descale, Efran then put clamps around the hoses that had been bent to help prevent the probem in the future. These guys are very good, very professional, and very down to earth. Proven is now our go-to plumber!
Second time I've had to call Proven Plumbing, this time to replace my water heater which had begun to leak. They came quickly did excellent work and all for a very good price. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend! The expansion tank on my hot water heater started leaking. They came out the same afternoon and fixed…
Richard was incredible. Speedy, personable. Answered all our questions. Better service and half the price of our first quote! I will be using Proven in the future, 100%
very smooth process. Problem fixed quickly, friendly, and reasonable price.
We have used Proven Plumbing for years and have always had exceptional customer service and work done. Today, 4/15/26, was no different. Zachery showed up promptly (same day) and was very thorough with us. Teaching, showing and explaining so we could understand. He went above and beyond and found some things…
Zachary did a great job and gave me a ton of info on some questions I had. Did a water heater inspection and flush. I have used Proven on multiple instances and have always had a great experience.
Proven Plumbing is the best! They have serviced our home and businesses for several years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Proven Plumbing is a first class company from start to finish. The service request was handled by Amber? with a friendly attitude and a thorough explanationof exactly what to expect. The field technician was also friendly and described exactly what his tasks would entail. Very professional!
They are reasonably priced compared to other plumbing companies and I was satisfied with the work that was completed. Additionally, they gave a free estimate without a service visit fee. I would have given them 5 stars but didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t given a 3% cash/check discount as advertised when I used my debit card.
Prompt response when called for service. Available appointment time working with my schedule. Nolan was very professional and attentive listener to my description of concerns. Upon completion I was asked to walk thru each repair for verification and approval.
Proven plumbing arrived quickly when I had a leak, fixed it and helped me to communicate with my insurance company. The plumber, Chad, was professional and helpful. Cost was very reasonable, I was happily surprised. Will definitely use them in the future.
Proven Plumbing was fast and reliable. Tim showed up on time, he was courteous, he explained the problem, and fixed it quickly. I will be using Proven Plumbing again in the future.
Highly recommend Proven Plumbing, especially Enrique. He was professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and best of all, did not try to upsell me. He came out for a free on-site estimate, explained everything clearly, and even saved me money on my water heater by not recommending unnecessary repairs. Replacing…
Job was picked up immediately. Technician promptly assessed the job and informed me of the problem. The operator's and the technicians were very helpful, professional, and patient.
Professional service with speed. Devin showed up two days ahead of our scheduled appointment (thank you!). He figured out the issue with our water heater in no time and resolved the issue. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.
Joshua was very professional and took care of the drain problem. Will definitely use Proven Plumbing again!
Zack did a thorough, professional job!
This was my first time using Proven and they did an amazing job, were prompt and solved our problem in just a few minutes. I have used many plumbers in the past but we have found our permanent plumber!
Hot water heater went out over the weekend. Enrique was able to come out the same day and get my hot water heater up and running again. He was polite and very professional. Very happy with everything including the price. Thank you Enrique for turning a bad situation into a great experience.
These people were really helpful. Hot water stopped coming into the home and a lot of troubleshooting had to be done on the heater outside of the home. So I feel like I got pretty close with Chad, who is reliable, honest and friendly. They had to come quite a few times to troubleshoot, but that was normal in…
My goto plumbing guy and now AC husy. . Honest fast and fair every time. Had them repair a toilet once and they didn’t overcharge . Switched out my water heater and just fixed a stuck crusted water valve. Recently had them check out my folks AC and they replaced a capacitor and blower motor for a lot less than other guys. Highly recommended
Joe was awesome arrived quickly and repaired a leak at our water heater.
Once again Proven Plumbing came to our rescue. Had a busted expansion gasket blow on top of my hot water heater and water was everywhere in garage. They came out and repaired it Same day. Friendly and pretty
We received a flyer in our mail that Proven Plumbing & Air was working in Steiner Ranch replacing a water heater in a home about the same age as our home, with an offer for a free inspection. I was actually looking to have our water heater inspected since it was past the warranty's date even though the water heater…
Devin with Proven plumbing was amazing! They saved our bacon on a weekend emergency call. Guys were very friendly, thorough, solved the problem quickly, and price was great considering it was a weekend emergency. Highly recommend!
Great service and customer experience as always with Proven!
Great job friendly people
Cannot speak highly enough about this company. They were professional, on time, and so kind. They came referred by a neighbor on Nextdoor - I will definitely be recommending them in the future!
Overall very happy with the service and professionalism. Highly recommend.
Jacob was on time and did a good job by fixing the leak.
Proven has sent professional and friendly people, and they have even managed to find spots for same-day service for replacement and repair. I recommend them to everyone.
After getting a few quotes to service our water heater, I had Proven come out to see what needed to be done as I felt like I was getting taken for a ride by other plumbing companies. I’m a first time home owner navigating getting all out systems in the house checked out and trying to figure out what reallyyyy needs…
